Will the owner was a pleasure and so helpful and helping me choose and review my beautiful bamboo paddle board. He packed it with care and it arrived quickly and without a scratch. Highly recommended!

My wife and I went in looking for a paddle board for a family of 3, we knew nothing except that they looked fun and we wanted one for the family. We were not sure what we needed but the girl who helped us was absolutely fantastic. She explained the boards, capabilities and was very honest about what we needed for what we wanted. We ended up buying a really nice 10' board to see how our toddler would like it. 4 days later we were back adding a second board. We have been out on the water almost every day and the information and service provided were not something I could receive just ordering a board online. I would have absolutely gotten something wrong for my family without paddle gear. Love you guys!

My boyfriend and I were interested in getting a paddleboard. We heard about this place online and I’m glad we made the trip. Kishia helped us out. She provided great expertise and service. She took the time to explain the different uses and features of each board. Also, how to care for the board. She even gave us a great deal on both boards and included two waterproof phone covers to sweeten the deal. I highly recommend to come here for your paddle boarding needs. They even do repairs and all boards come with a free one year warranty. Overall, we had a great experience and are happy with our purchases.

Went to the store to ask about some of the used boards online. Will, the owner, was friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. My board arrived same day in exactly the condition described. I have already recommended Paddle Gear to my friends!

Paddle Gear is the place to go. I went in to buy a new paddle, which I grabbed from a bin at the side of the store. There was a discrepancy between what rang up on the til and what was on the paddle. The owner honored the price on the paddle and even threw in a phone protector!! I had a great experience at Paddle Gear and highly recommended to anyone in need of summer equipment.

I bought two paddle boards here for my 14 year old twins birthday and they were super helpful and really cool. Their in-house brand Naakua is super high-end. Really well built boards, great backpacks (for ease of transport), the fin is sturdy, and the esthetic is on-point. Thanks for the great service Paddle Gear, I have been bragging about you all over the lower mainland and the interior!
