I received amazing compassionate care from Dr. ElAlfy and his staff. The Cortisone shot provided immediate relief. I was impressed with the subsequent follow up treatments and advice.

My wife has had 2 visits With SWOPI and praises the staff and Dr. ElAlfy. Very courteous and helpful. Would suggest anyone with pain problems to arrange a possible appointment with SWOPi.

The MD is very thorough. Takes a good history of prior treatments to see if he can offer something different, and he can. Without these new treatments (I have tried a lot without success) I have no idea what I would do, my life was miserable. The doc and his staff are caring, compassionate individuals. No one was rude. They want patients to be successful in their treatment plan, but it takes both of us to make that happen. I definitely recommend, it's really hard to find a caring physician theses days.

I have had excellent progress with my chronic pain and anxiety The nurses are so good at there job and always happy to help you The receptionist is amazing too l was on a pain patch and morphine for years and getting injections for extreme lower back pain l have only been going here for one year and the Dr has accomplished taking me off the patch and with the infusions l am can finally say l am feeling progress and much better I have a coccyx pain that no one could help with the pain l could hardly sit Dr E fixed it on first visit l was amazed l highly recommend people who are suffering to be referred You don’t have to suffer in silence there is hope They gave that to me Thank you

I have suffered chronic migraines for 30 years. The ketamine along with the Botox treatments have worked miracles for me by decreasing the number of my migraines by 90%. The staff are amazing. I highly recommend all migraine suffers to book an appointment!

Compassionate and empathetic pain relief. Thanks Dr., I now can get around, especially with the grandchildren, with limited discomfort. Well worth the wait for a rational solution to my hip and leg pains and mobility.

This pain clinic is has extra ordinary helpful knowledgeable team. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They took time to explain the treatment before the intervention and they kept asking me about my feelings during the intervention.I received a phone call from the clinic the next day to check on my pain symptoms and the effect of the intervention. I am so satisfied with this service and highly recommend Dr. ElAlfy.

Most arrogant medical person I have ever dealt with. Just plain rude. As another person posted I was not told I would need a driver to this appointment either. I will not have anything ever to do with this clinic again. This Doctor questioned everything I have been doing to help with my back and even questioned my specialists' abilities to treat me.

All the staff that this location are amazing. Dr.EIAlfy cares about his patients so much and remembers so much about me considering how busy is he and I only go see him once every 3 weeks. He is so understanding and always wants feed back so he can make ssure he is giving you the best proper care or discussing if changing the plan could be more beneficial. I love the nurse Alina (I know spelling isn’t right sorry) so much. She is so calmng and comforting to all patients. She will always take the time to have chats or play calming music for me to help me with any anxiety or a little nervousness that I might be feeilibg on one of my days here ❤️ Getting on the wait list and not having to wait to long was such a blessing as I was struggling quite a bit with pain/mental health problems. I wish I could give a perfect 10 starts for this clinic! I highly recommend asking your physician if this location is able to help you with what you are experiencing.I know going to the doctors is not the way you want to spend your way but if you get lucky enough to get in make sure you do not waste the referral. It doesn’t hurt to go in for a consultationation as you never know what might happen!
