Our family purchased a 2021 Toyota Corolla Se from JV at Markville Toyota. JV made the car buying process a breeze. He was very transparent about the numbers and got us what we wanted. We are truly happy that we got to deal with a very professional salesman like JV. Will recommend anyone whose in the market for a new Toyota to speak with JV.

Last Friday, I visited Toyota to request a duplicate key for my car. When I initially received my vehicle, I was only given one key, so I approached the dealership for assistance. During this visit, I was serviced to by Roger, who took a card to ask me to verify the car. Upon confirming the license plate, I confirmed that is correct. However, I was taken aback when Roger, displaying a rather unpleasant attitude, informed me that this car model couldn't have two keys. I reminded him that during the sales process, the sales said I was assured of receiving two keys.Roger then requested me to wait for five minutes while he consulted the manager. Unfortunately, despite waiting for 20 minutes, no one arrived to address the situation. Feeling frustrated, I took the initiative to approach Roger again. He eventually informed me that my car model did indeed support two keys, contradicting his earlier statement. he shifted the blame onto me, questioning why I hadn't been provided with accurate information in the beginning.I couldn't help but express my frustration, I think that as a representative of the dealership, he should have confirmed this information earlier instead of placing the blame on me.Subsequently, I asked Roger about the estimated waiting time, and he mentioned it would be around 45 minutes to an hour. I specifically requested him to notify me once the key was ready. He assured me that he would do so without hesitation.However, my disappointment grew when I waited for an hour and a half, and it was only when I approached Roger again that he handed me the key without uttering a single word. This lack of communication left me extremely frustrated. I couldn't understand why the process had taken so long and why Roger had neglected to update me on the progress.My experience at Toyota that day was highly unsatisfactory. The miscommunication, contradictory information, and lack of promptness in fulfilling the request left me feeling angry and disappointed. It is my hope that Toyota improves its customer service to prevent such instances from recurring in the future.

Amazing customer service!! With our two young kids we really needed a larger car, and we had the absolute honor of having our salesperson Toni Chan help us with our car purchase journey. Toni was super patient and explained the pros and cons of various models. He really made it stress free for us.For the car delivery we really appreciated that Toni spent almost an hour showing us the different features of the car and answering our questions. He even walked us through the steps to download the app and linked it to our car. He also helped us set up the dash cam and linked it to another app on our phone as well. And we know we can always call him up to ask questions because of his friendly and helpful demeanor.Today we are so happy to receive our minivan because that means more family trips and more memories to be made!!
