FEMALE MANAGER IS ANAZI DICTATOR AND A BULLY, SHE INTIMIDATES AND THREATENS HOMEOWNERS!!!DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR , BUT WOULDN'T LET ME POST UNLESSWell follow up from previous post1) Barb the manager has tired to evict my disabled 70 year old mother due to the fact her 45 year old son moved in to care for her, my uncle who has late stage cancer and to help with the maintenance.2) Barb refused to allow him to move in with my mother and gave no valid reason why when she applied.3)Eviction notice given to my mother last October. My Mother was going to sell and then Barb stated, the new owners will have to remove the trailer from the park, as it was a piece of junk. Funny she had no problem with my mother buying that trailer and putting 10 thousand dollars in upgrades.4) No one will buy this trailer if they have to move it, there are NO open pads anywhere in the lower mainland or hope. My mother will losing any and all of her savings she has put into her home.BE WARNED, BARB STATED ANY ONE ELSE WHO SELLS AND IF THE TRAILER DOESN’T MEET HER STANDARDS TOU TOO WILL HAVE TO REMOVE TRAILERTHAT BEING SAID THERE IS PLACE TO MOVE A TAILER ANYWHERE.You can even see my Mothers trailer on the internet when you search this trailer park, it only 25 years old; that’s young in trailer years.5) So my mother took her to the rentals board due to constant threats and harassments, she pleaded her case and won, the verdict was my mother was to continue renting.6) Well that wasn’t enough for Barb. She continued to send threats of a legal action” to get back her costs” and threats of disconnecting her power. My mother pays her pad fees every month. Barb even threatens to charge her an extra $30 a day on top of her $450 pad fee.7)Today Barb contacted my Mom and told her that she has someone who is going to disconnect her hydro and move her trailer; to where I have no idea ...8) My mother is scared! Scared to leave her house for fear as threats. Not knowing if Barb will put locks on her home.My mother has even gone to the police ..This trailer park is on indigenous land.Barb is poorly representing the Tzeachten community and their values of family and community support.Shame on you Barb... Shame on you ...Be warned and rethink moving into this park.

The Manager Barb is not usually available, when she is, it's a nightmare, stay clear of this place, she enjoy's tormenting residents and there family's

I've been here 6yrs. now. Managed very well. Very clean throughout park. Very quiet cuz no kids. 45yrs. and up. I love it here. Friendly folks. No complaints.

It's a good place to live but the landlord unreasonable she won't allow family member to come over and see family or stay she causes headaches for the people that live there it's her way or your out she never dose any property repairs what so ever she thinks she can get away without doing anything she took over after her spouse had passed away the property is native land but she not native and she doesn't own the property she thinks she has power as a native person she lives in a expensive and has 5 cars from SUV to cars to luxury SUV she has all his money for her to keep 5 cars but she can't use any of the money to do repairs when it is broken it years before it gets repaired that is not acceptable for any place .

Went to visit a friend and had coffee. Caught up on the goings on. Enjoyed my visit. This is a nice park and very well kept up.

I've lived here almost 13 years. Love it. Clean well run park.

I looked at purchasing a mobile home and putting it in this park unfortunately the park manager would only allow one manufacturer which limited my choice and prices on the new home. The manufacturer is quality homes you can only buy fromand the prices for their homes with $60,000 more than what I've been quoted from another manufacturer not fair

Would not recommend it. Park manager never available for questions from potential buyers/sellers. Can only assume present park home owners are also unable to contact their park manager. Park Management office always closed. Does not return phone calls/voicemail box always full, etc. Will not speak to potential buyers unless an offer is already on the table so no questions answered regarding restrictions (and there are many). Very inflexible. Wouldn't want to be an owner/seller as it is nearly impossible to attract potential buyers (only find out after offer is made that adult children not permitted to stay during summer holidays, adult children who are university students away from home can't come home for summer holidays, if owner is taken ill and needs care, only children over 45 years of age allowed to stay to care for them, etc.).

I just bought my new home at that park. The entire park is so beautifully maintained and the homeowners are very friendly. Everything you need is easily accessible by foot. Just to name a few, you have Timmy's, RBC, Save on Foods, and many more which is only a five minute walk. The complex is for those who are 55+ and over.
