My mum wanted to stop here. So glad we did! Got some great gifts for fam and for me. Lots of selection, super helpful finding sizes, and searching for an extra bag we couldn't find. Some neat small stuff too.Staff most excellent in service and friendly attention.Will stop again when next I'm out that way from Ontario.

Best little shop we found throughout Ucluelet and Tofino! We just stopped in quickly and spent ages inside as every where we looked we found something new to check out. Great art work, sweaters, shirts, and all the of little keep sakes you could imagine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Cute little shop in Ucluelet so many different gift options available to take home to loved ones!! And also the owner is the sweetest person in the whole world I left my wallet there and when I called to check if it was there she was so kind and went the extra mile to even look for my friends and I in the small town to see if she could find us sadly we had already left but she offered to mail it to me at her own cost. So heartwarming to know there are people like her in this planet❤️

We felt totally comfortable browsing in this store. Lots of interesting souvenirs and gift ideas, including native arts, all at reasonable prices.

Tl;dr make this place part of your trip you won't regret it!Absolutely stellar gift shop. My family and I missed it on the way into town and only went by on the last day of our 5 day stay, but damn it would've been nice to see it a second time!Saw a couple other souvenir shops in Ucluelet and Tofino, but many were lacking item made/designed locally, just typical tourist stuff like a utility knife with engraved name. Image West is FAR better in terms of its overall selection of souvenirs, clothing, books, stickers, jams, creams, soaps, and household decor. Many items either produced or designed locally and the owners are very knowledgeable about the area; definitely strike up a conversation with them! My haul consists of the Ucluelet dinner jacket" (little joke from the owner) at a fantastic price - honestly expected it to cost double

You wouldn't be blamed for driving or walking past this place without stopping. But it would be a big mistake. Tourist destinations have souvenir shops that sell junk. Image West is a step above and more!The owners of this shop, rain or shine put their goods out on the front stoop daily and while it might appear that they only sell touristy t-shirts and sweaters there numerous treasures inside are the real gift. The thing is that it isn't junk. They have some great coffee mugs, quality sweaters and hoodies. Along with great gifts for kids or that special someone who has everything.My girls left with some really cool First Nations head bands while my wife and I scored some Padraig Cottage skipper for a steal at $60This week they they were in the midst of their spring sale where everything in the store was 20% off.If you are looks for something for yourself or a gift for someone this is the place to go! Don't make the mistake of walking by.***it is noteworthy that you can also book whale watching adventures through Jamie's from this location

When I lived in Ukee - what feels like a million years ago, there was no other store I loved wandering through more than Image West. I bought so many of the blown glass balls it was crazy, but I still have them and remind me of the place I consider home. I miss walking down and wandering through all their treasures. Thank you so much for the magnificent memories. ❤

This shop is so well curated and thoughtfully put together. So many gift shops just carry junk - things that you buy on location, but end up collecting dust in the back of your closet. Image West is NOTHING like that - they carry beautiful items that you will use in every day life. Highly recommended.

So I don’t think I’ve ever left a review of a gift shop but this place is a gem! The owner was also really generous with his knowledge of Ukee and where to eat. We got a few hoodies and T-shirts as well as some local skincare. Highly recommended!
