John Verster was extremely helpful for me in setting up my clients with a home security system. They have never used a home security system before, so assistance with installation and simplicity with using the system was essential. While most other companies I spoke to did not provide home installation service, John at Telus provided all the services we needed. My clients are now happily using their alarm system without any issues. They especially love the function of setting the alarm from their phone when they forget to set it before they leave their home. Thank you for all of your help John!!

We use Telus /Price alarms to remove and install our new Alarm, security cameras and door access system. From the beginning it was a disaster, the scheduling was always wrong and there a lot of deficiencies. Within a few years one of the cameras stopped working and the Access FOB readers also stopped working. i called to have them come in to take a look and they gave me a schedule of 1 and half weeks before someone could come. When that time comes, no one showed up. We are very frustrated. If we knew that it was going to be like this we would have never have choosen them for our security system. Dont make the same mistake we did.

After meeting Paul at the home and garden show, we decided to go with Price's Alarms for our in home security needs. Today, we had the installation done in our new house. Throughout this process the technicians (Kevin and Tyler) were fantastic to work with. They were knowledgeable, efficient, thoughtful and respectful when installing and explaining the devices around the home. So far, we experienced nothing but great customer service from Price's Alarms and thus we're looking forward to working with them in the years to come.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Compared other companies referred by friends but went with Price's Alarm based on the google reviews. Paul was very informative on his initial meeting. He was able fit us into their busy installation schedule. Rich the technican was fantastic. He showed up in the time frame that they gave us. Rich was very friendly and professional and guided us through the upgrades. He was also able to help us setup some additional window sensors.

Very pleased with the service. The Security Adviser John Verster made the alarm choice painless and was very professional and transparent about prices/fees etc. The installation went very smooth. The installation technician John Morgan did a great job installing and was in and out before I knew it. Great job! Would highly recommend. We had a technical issue with arming our system. To ensure the safety of our home Jade at dispatch arranged for a quick service call and Rastio the service technician quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. While he was here he asked if there was anything else we needed help with. I mentioned upgrading our battery back up capability which he was able to complete that day. We decided to make the switch to prices alarms and couldn’t be happier, we were monitored by another company for over ten years but over the past year the quality and the customer service declined greatly. Price's alarms has been amazing, from the consult process with Charles to find out what we needed within our budget, to our professional installation with Rastio. We needed to reschedule our install date multiple times and customer service was courteous and polite. Rastio, our installation tech, was extremely professional, and was careful to clean areas before and after installation. He explained how to operate the system to us clearly and was efficient & friendly. We would recommend Price's to others in a heartbeat as we couldn't be happier with the service so far. Can't say about monitoring service as of yet but will be sure to update my review if anything changes! Great team providing great service =)
