Kelowna Express Freight

Awesome family business. I should have posted this earlier. We had a big shipment coming from Ontario that was delivered to Kelowna and it stayed there for over a week because none of the carriers were able to handle the delivery to our place. Our supplier tried their very best to make it happen. Finally they got a hold of this great company. Kelowna Express took the challenge and delivered the 2 skids through a back road (forestry). The shipment got to our place in good order. They contacted us to arrange the delivery and they were so pleasant and wonderful to deal with!!! A thousand stars for customer service!!! Jason, the gentleman who made the delivery was super nice and helpful throughout the whole process of unloading and so careful! That's what I call customer excellence. Thank you Kelowna Express!!!

Steve, Heather and the entire Kelowna Express team are excellent to work with. As a family owned and operated business, their passion really shows. With a wide service network and a great fleet of commercial vehicles - they're very accommodating. I would highly recommend their services for anything, large or small.

Great experience. All the deliveries are done safely on time. Heather and Brittney doing an excellent job. Good drivers except one . He is kind of rude.

One of their trucks has been blocking my driveway regularly, today i came home to it blocked again, asked the driver to move the truck, he said one minute so i went back to my truck, he came back with a huge chip on his shoulder, after he moved barely enough to allow access to my house, as soon as i was parked he moved back in front of my driveway, I told him i had to leave again i was dropping something off, it escalated very quickly from there, then i called the number on the truck to try and get this to stop happening, spoke to a lady who said she was the manager, she did nothing but make excuses for her drivers bad behavior and said that i should have asked nicer... its my fault for wanting to be able to come and go from my house was my take away from their management teamEdit... Their response below illustrates perfectly what I am referring to about their management team, ZERO accountability for their actions ie blaming their own customer for bad parking. name calling me for calling them out ( and I'm the brat ? )...Also threatened me with a law suit, A kin to a drunk being throw out of a bar yelling you'll hear from my lawyer. Which never materialized probably because the truth isn't slander.Stay Classy

I don't usually write poor reviews but after seeing this latest report it prompted my action, I've experienced a similar situation when dealing with parking issues, responses from worker's are negative and disrespectful when we are just trying to go about our day, this will continue to be an issue until a middle ground is found, this reflects very poorly on management as lack of proper process to find adequate parking for workers will lead to increase strained relations with locals, hopefully some negative reviews on this platform will help prompt some real change! You can do better!

I have used Kelowna Express twice. They just keep doing a great job. Best drivers and best service. Go the extra mile.
