We have been insured by this company since 2014 for coverage for living in a trailer. It has been an awesome experience especially the last couple of years with our adviser Shelinda who has made things very easy for an older couple!

Once again the amazing ladies down at CapriCMW have gone above any beyond! My daughter went to insure her tiny home RV at a different insurance company. The unique nature of the vehicle and circumstances, and their lack of knowledge on how to proceed had my daughter in tears. I called Jody and she and Kim rooted out the issue, double checked what needed to be done, kept us informed during the entire process and solved the situation the same day. Save yourself the trouble and time and just go to Capri first!Jody Hayes at Capri Insurance went above and beyond for me and my family. When my daughter suffered an injury while attending school in Denmark and our insurance company began to deny coverage of services, I emailed Jody. Jody responded immediately and provided effective advice and connections so that I was well informed and supported, should I need to get serious". Thankfully

Use these guys if you want the wrong coverage on your home insurance for over a year, constantly having to haggle and follow up due to lack of follow up and response on their end. Otherwise, stay away!They insured my home as a rental, when it was NEVER such a thing, and also had an entirely wrong address for coverage! Trying to get it sorted out took so long, by the time they contacted back the house was already sold. Never again!!!

I would recommend Capri without hesitation. Kayla at the Powick Rd location in Kelowna called to remind my of my upcoming car insurance which I completely forgot about until it was about to expire. I called Kayla in desperation and she drove out to my house with paperwork in hand! Service like this is why Capri has been around for decades and will continue to be so. Many thanks!

Very unfriendly staff. They take the pandemic very seriously when it comes to their customers. Their staff not so much.I recommend going elsewhere.

This is the first 1 star review I’ve ever written. Worst insurance company we’ve ever dealt with - zero communication, not one return call, or returned e-mail after submitting a quote form that included a time sensitive advisory. We followed up MANY times. Absolutely terrible service, stay away.

My experience with CapriCMW was very positive. Carol was very kind, patient, responsive, and informative. Although we ended up going with a cheaper alternative, Carol's excellent customer service deserves to be mentioned.

RuthAnn perry was such a great help. She found an error in my paperwork that would have cost me weeks of waiting. She went over and above to make sure I had everything in order. Starting a new business is a lot of learning and having a company like CapriCMW on your side is essential.

Went into the Branch twice and was told no one was available to help me but I would receive a phone call later in the day to help me, of course never did receive a call either time.

Worst company to get a response from. I have called 3 times to discuss my insurance needs - and their “new business “ department didn’t return phone calls. The one time I did speak to an agent - she was going to email a questionnaire- but didn’t . Unbelievable! Can just imagine the nightmare if I had to file a claim - when the service to establish a new policy is such a disappointment.
