Chelan Landscaping

I paid Angel (Jose) Chan of Lake Chelan Landscaping Service a 5 figured amount for landscaping my yard. He is a hard worker but his character and honesty is something I question. I paid for a 400 square foot patio made with pavers and he attempted to short cut by filling in 80 square feet of this patio with gravel. I confronted him about it and he did the work as I requested. He tends to cut corners" on the job in order to save time and reduce cost to himself. Secondly

We contacted Angel about doing some work for us at our property. He came out very quickly and within a day he had the estimate. Once we gave him the ok, he and his crew came out quickly and got the job done. The final project looks great and we will definitely use his company again for future projects.

Angel and his crew did a good job. Price was fair. He showed up on time and performed the work he said he was going to do. Had retaining wall and rock front yard landscaping done. I hope to have him help again with backyard project in the Spring.

Angel was refereed to us by a friend and neighbor in the spring of 2020,We hired Chelan Landscaping to help with the compeltion of or home recently finished.As a contractor myself for 4 decades, ive seen and experienced it all, good and bad. In the case of Angel and his crew I was impressed with there staight forwardness and get the job done attiude, Angel has a strong work ethic His crew are proffesional and curteous honest and on time and budget.Angel's lead man Victor is a true craftsman the stone work is amazing, Angel and crew used stone from or property and built beautiful walls and flowerbeds. We were so impressed with there work we decided to contract Angel to do our conceret flat work and again quality work on schedlue and budget.

We have used Angel for about 5 years now for both landscaping and construction projects. He is always responsive, returning calls as soon as he can. He shows up when he says he will and works hard while on a job. His prices are fair and we have always been happy with his work.

Angel works hard, but cuts corners. If you want a quality job...keep looking. I you ask him to do something, he'll do it only if its the least costly and easiest for him. Plan on some rework effort. For example he places landscape fabric without overlapping or staking even on slopes.

On time, professional and responsive. Great work at a fair price. I’ll be calling them again soon

My husband called Angel out of the blue hoping he could do excavation work, especially jack hammer work. We had a limited time frame. He met with me the net evening. He had come from Omak and didn't arrive until 8pm. Angel said he would adjust his work schedule to accomodate us. He started the next day which was a Saturday. Angel and his crew went to work on a challenging job, removing 4 cubic yards of solid rock mostly by hand. We are looking forward to working with Chelan Landscaping again. We will share Angel's name with all of the property owners in our HOA.L.O.G - The Ridge at Lake Chelan.
