I should have seen all the reviews before ordering from here. Don't even feel like giving one star. It is a terrible restaurant with terrible service. I ordered food from them which was over cooked. They didn't close the lid for the poutine properly so it leaked entirely in the package. I paid extra for dipping sauce which was missing. I requested for hot sauce which was obviously not there and the coke was hot af. Terrible restraunt service. I would never recommend it to anyone.

The food was not good, the restaurant itself was very dirty and left over food on the chairs and tables. The chicken was so greasy and not crispy at all. I had to ask for my table to be clean and the girl only cleaned my table and left all the other one dirty. Even my wife could not believe how not good was the food.. KFC is not what it used to be or it's that one specifically that is not properly managed or employees seems to not really care... If I ever order KFC, I will definitely ask for the double breaded chicken because it left me with a no taste in my mouth and not wanting me to recommend that restaurant to anyone.

I love KFC/PFK, but unfortunately, the only one in my area is this one, and the food quality and service are horrible. I stopped ordering from here on purpose for about 4 months as I kept having a bad experience and did not want to leave a 1-star review. After all, every other KFC I been to was good. But ordered today, and the chicken was borderline burnt, and nothing, not even fries, was good to be served, in my opinion. Stale food. Please, whoever is in charge, save your customers from this place.

The chicken looks so soggy and shredded. Quality of the chicken is small and dry. I love kfc but the the quality and taste is really declining.

BY FAR- The worst KFC I've ever been to. Service is terrible and it's like customers are invisible. We sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to walk up to the counter. Other employees were seemingly acting like they were cleaning, often leaving alot of debris or trash around and not making the slightest eye contact with anyone. The food tasted fine but I don't visit very many KFC's since there aren't any closer so I have nothing to compare it to. The exterior of the building was refinished" in a grey and red paint scheme on the same aging building with very underwhelming overall design inside the restaurant itself. Saw an ant on the floor near the farthest wall from the front entrance and some exposed insulated wires next to a cigarette butt on the ground. If you can

Small and confined inside, but I didn't stay to eat, just went inside and picked up my order. The food was good overall, but the chicken was a tad greasy, which was okay with me as it is KFC after all. The counter person could be friendlier, but the food preparer was really nice. Was good for a quick meal.

Chicken had weird texture. Ordered specific sandwiches and got all of them wrong. Side were also wrong. Seasoned corn was unseasoned (not even salt). Contacted head office and got a non-apology telling me to deal with the delivery service.Will never order from there again.

The worst KFC experience I have ever had. Employees have no clue what’s going on. It takes forever to make the order. and yet when it’s ready, they won’t even have napkins and condiments in the bag at all. Personnel are slow. Driving through that neighborhood is very difficult due to construction.

Terrible service! They forgot my drinks on the delivery and when I called they say that I had to go pick them up if I wanted them! To add to it the person who answered when I called to get my drinks never apologized and was even arrogant. I’ll never order again from this place.

Food was great since everything was done after I ordered. Place needs to be renovated and cleaned a bit more but the service and food was good.
