We recently utilized Flexcycle to dispose of our outdated electronics. The service was great, everyone was helpful, extremely friendly and efficient & organized. I felt that they are very professional, because they sorted electronics in different groups to recycle, reuse and others (I don’t know exactly, but they said it is a very complicated way to dispose electronics containing hazardous materials…). They just look very responsible and knowledgeable about protecting environment. They gave us some tips how to recycle our daily waste to protect environment and also referred a metal recycling center to us for our equipment which we planned to dispose to Flexcycle and we got rebate from the recycling center. Flexcycle they are just so professional and conscientious electronic recycler!

Amazing experience in their Data Destruction Service!They performed high level of security and confidentiality on each process -- pick up, transportation, shredding, report.I was able to track the process by order number online and also kept updated by their notification system.They arranged live streaming for shredding on YouTube so that I could watch and supervise entire shredding process.After shredding, they provided me the shredding video and Certificate.I definitely use their service again in the future!
