Always fast friendly service. Does not matter if I go in for a $5 part, service or if I just go in to ask questions about chainsaws. I have not spent much money but am always treated as if I am in spending big money every day.Thank you Dale Equipment, you help me keep my old equipment going and save me money!!! When I do finally need to replace something I know the first place I will go.

Three years ago we bought a generator from Dales. We had a power cut last night and the gen did not kick in. Phoned Phil, at Dales Equipment, he was out of town. I explained the problem. Phil drove from Long Point back to the store, got the parts, drove to Port Burwell, fixed the Gen without us even knowing he had been to do it.The sales and service level at Dales is truly exceptional and we could not recommend them and especially Phill Stackhouse more highly for their customer service and commitment. Great service, the associates are incredibly helpful — always giving a tutorial on equipment purchased and they stress safety–first!Generation after generation of my family shop here, and they consistently go above and beyond!!

Best to avoid if you need any service work done on your machine. Not a good experience here. They used to be good, doesn't seem to be the case anymore sadly.
