10/10 would highly recommend!If you need your hottub fixed for a more then fair price while they go above and beyond and are personable, friendly and great to deal with...these are your guys!

Warning:Don’t deal with this guy from Truro Halifax.I went all the way from Toronto to his place in Halifax for his MustangHe told me the car is clean no accident and I transferred him $1000 as a deposit.. I saw the car, it had an accident rear fender, trunk, and bumper has paint job.. he refused to give me my deposit back!

Wish I would have found them first. After trying multiple other companies and technicians in Halifax I found Absolute Hot Tub. Tom quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within the week. They stand by their work and are committed to outstanding customer service.

Tom and his team repaired my hot tub quickly and professionally. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and solution. Repairs and parts were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Absolute Hot Tubs if you require any repairs or service to Your spa/tub.

My wife and I have called Tom 3 times in the past 4 years when we've had Spa Issues. He has always been prompt to respond and provided excellent friendly Service. When I saw a one star review I was curious if it was the same company. After looking deeper I saw that one star reviews had been given to several if not all companies the same gentleman decided to Review. Be careful who you take advice from.

Although Tom has a devil on his logo, he is an absolute angel. After spending $$$$ on other local companies and their empty promises and lies and scams, Tom was honest, kind, and fair… a breath of fresh air in the hot tub business in NS it seems…Tom saved our tub, money, and time. Hope he likes our tub because he’s going to be working on it exclusively from today forward. In this business you don’t want to have to call the repair guy, but with Tom it’s a pleasure.Don’t look any further, this is the guy for your hot tub job! After no success and many $$$ wasted on other vendors and their promises, I called Tom for an initial assessment on our hot tub. He responded quickly and was honest and straight to the point during the diagnosis. No hidden costs and no lies. Tom and his team repaired my hot tub quickly, professionally and at the promised time. They even went above and beyond. The repairs and parts were very well priced.
