Had an excellent experience with Anne and her team. They helped us pick out beautiful and very comfortable furniture for our new home. Best selection of products from all the stores we checked out. Highly recommended.

We love our new patio furniture. They took the time to answer all of our questions over several trips while we were measuring and making decisions. The quality of the products is spot on. A big thank you to everyone at The Patio Store for their help.

Things started off rocky entrance/driveway not well marked had to go around the casino and through the alley then the loading area to get back to the parking and the main entrance. Store seems nice Dave was very helpful but we knew what we were looking for. We purchased the tuscon sectional and footstool, with a plan to pick up all items ourselves 99$ for delivery not! Pickup is limited to Thursday and Friday, we purchased Tuesday, Pick up is at another location please! We were instructed to wait for a call to set a pick up time okay…no call by 2:30 Friday call to enquire oh yeah you can go anytime huh? I was told to wait for the call. jump in the car traffic on Macleod trail Friday-afternoon yayTwo trips it was bigger than our cars(yes two) Get it all home all seems good put it together simple .go to put the square cover on its L-shaped sorry dave throwing you under the bus on that one we talked about square enough to cover ottoman as well not what we got thanks to the snow wont be able to return that seems like a good enough place value for money we will see Seems like there are not may places who value excellent customer service any more and i’m easy going ! Good luck!**update company fixed the cover size issue no questions and they had a truck parked at the entrance that made that more obvious too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you have thousands and thousands of dollars in your budget this place is a must. They got some nice and beautiful designs but most start at $3K and of course the ones you really like are almost $5K. Friendly staff available to help but we took off after browsing 'cause IKEA is more of my budget lol

We had a great experience shoping at The Patio Store for our new outdoor sectional, cover, coffee table, and umbrella. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we picked up a floor model for great value, and it looks fantastic! The quality of the sectional, cover, and umbrella are solid, feels commercial quality, so we are really pleased.

The owner and manager were lovely. Found exactly what I was looking for and customized it for the space. Very pleased with the quality. Delivery and assembly staff were quick and super helpful. Highly recommend this as your one stop shop for all your patio needs.

The wonderful people at the Patio Store have exceeded all of our expectations for great customer service. Anne took time to tell us about their products, and was so patient with us going back and forth to decide what we wanted. We had been looking for something for the last 3 years and the wait was worth it.Peter and Anne have gone above and beyond to provide us an amazing sectional at a great price. We ended up buying an extra side chair after it was delivered (they had it delivered within 3 days to make sure we could enjoy it with the warm weather!) and they were willing to ship it for free as they remembered our car is small.Needless to say they deserve a 5/5 star review! We would not hesitate to purchase anything from them again.

The buying experience was incredible. Anne was knowledgeable, kind, not pushy and enjoyable. We absolutely love the furniture we purchased. The quality is beyond what we expected - as was the delivery service. We won’t go anywhere else, everyone should buy from them. Ask for Anne or Peter!!

So impressed with the staff & selection at the Patio Store. Made a few trips to the store comparing products and pricing with other specialty stores. Each time the patio store team were very knowledgeable & helpful while allowing us to take our time - not pushy or hovering over us while we shopped. It is so refreshing to find a store now a days with friendly, helpful and informed staff who care about their customers. And they have a great selection of quality product too! We bought a patio sofa that not only looks stunning, but the staff told us how to take care of it and about all the material it’s made out of in comparison to brands I’ve owned in the past. We are happy to keep this sofa for years to come and stop replacing our outdoor sets every 2-3 years!
