Been taking my car to Wallis Motors for 10 years. They never try to up sell you. Always gives me realistic time frame on when to actually replace certain parts unlike other big brand places.

Family business. Owner Jimmy is a straight shooter. Tells you what you need and what you could do. Had a service done and went out of his way to trouble shoot the problem.

My family and I have been going to Wallis Motors for years. They are the most trustworthy in the industry when it comes to diagnosing problems and fixing them. My car is 18 years old and is still in excellent condition because of the diligent workers there! Every time I call to make an appointment, I am usually able to be seen the very next day. Jimmy, the owner, is always on time getting my car back, and thoroughly gives me a detailed run through of the problems my car had before fixing it. This shop is really a hidden gem. When I need certain parts of my car to be replaced, I never have to wait long. There is a reason they have been in business for so long, because they really do know what they're doing and they give quality service. I'm surprised there Is even a 1 star review, I suppose the reviewer pressed the wrong button?

Wonderful experience with Jimmy and his expert team. They clearly are passionate about their craft and they don't try to upsell you. I was informed every step of the way of the progress on my vehicle and am very happy with the result.

The owner, Jimmy is alway helpful and available for me whenever I need the service. I come here for more than 25 years now.

They always give you the optimal solution for your problems. Just as important, they never give service WITHOUT getting your consent/approval. And last but not least, the owner, Jimmy, is as honest and genuine as they come. Would definitely recommend!

I've been coming here for a while until I found out from another mechanic how badly Jimmy was ripping me off. Very overpriced and sold me work I did not need. Unfortunately I referred a friend here and he also got ripped off. I had a noise coming from my sway link bushing. Jimmy said I needed more than that. I had to change out the entire shock assembly, upper and lower control arms as well. When I brought it to another mechanic, he asked why those parts were even replaced and that it was a half done job" and "did not pinpoint the correct clunk noise". On top of it

Had an issue with A/C on my Nissan not producing cold air, even though the clutch would engage. Was told at Mr Lube and Jiffy Lube that either my compressor or the A/C relay needed to be replaced without even testing the amount of Freon in the system.All of that sounded like a bit much and I needed somewhere that would be willing to look into it first. Thankfully Wallis Motors had room to fit my vehicle into their schedule the next day and they fixed my A/C issue by recharging the Freon and checking the rest of the system as well!I'd come back here again if I ever think something needs to be double checked or sounds too dramatic from other autoshops.
