I had an issue with work from home option in my tax filing and Sassan helped me resolve it very quickly and without the hassle of me going in person. Did my tax filing twice with H&R and i can say for sure that my next tax filing for the next year will be with Sassan in this location.He was very responsive and helped me resolve my issue over phone and clearly explained me the process and clarified my doubts.I highly recommend this location to file taxes.Thank you :)

We filed our taxes there. Sasan have done a great job. Our files were complicated with too much details and papers, but he did his job in a convenient time. He also give us very good information about our taxes. I really satisfied, and I recommend this place.

We have been going to this location for years and have always been satisfied. Fred Helm has been super knowledgeable, responsive, accurate and helpful This year we were able to do our tax return remotely and it was the best experience ever. Very easy and convenient. We highly recommend Fred, H &R Block Metro Pointe and the remote filing option.

Tax drop off service was very convenient and the turn around time was within days (could have been sooner, but we had a chaotic work/home schedule). Rose took our assignment and was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. Her expertise helped us find tax benefits and credits I completely over-looked and we got a great return! Their specialists really go the extra mile. I spent a long time trying to find anyone who specializes in crypto taxes. Fred, their investment specialist spent hours with me answering questions and helping put my mind at ease. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend talking to Fred Helm in regards to any financial questions you may have.

The staff pick the phone she is not nice she put on hold waiting and back asking my question for 3 times and put holding she doesn't have respect for customers very bad customer service.

It has been two years now that we are producing our tax declarations with Frederic Helm and we could not be happier. Great advisor, responsive, nice and professional. The Zoom review of the tax declaration this year was such a convenient service for us due to COVID-19 ! Hopefully this option will still be offered in the coming years. I highly recommend Fred to however is looking for a good tax professional.
