Avoid this place at all costs. Damaged my rims with sloppy tire installation and now denying it. We will see what a judge thinks at small claims court.

I frequently visit this place for all my needs such as oil changes and brake changes. Price is reasonable and the front receptionist is friendly. Please call them beforehand to check the status of the wait-time so you can skip waiting long hours. Overall a great place for all your car needs.

Their service is fantastic. They fixed the noisy problem today which has troubled me for a long time. The problem and solution was clearly explained, including the cost saving measure proposed. Highly recommended if you're looking for an honest and reliable place to take your car.

Been spent years maintain and repaired my vehicle, the receipt and the boss are professional and friendly. They would do the most effective inspections and inform the issue before start repairs. This would save a lot of money. Qidian is reliable and professional, and if you want to get your vehicles repaired and save $$$, try it out next time!

Worst customer service ever. The technical and the lady in front made me wait for 1 hour and 15 mins before they could tell me the HID lights are of different color and instead of white they ordered the yellow bulb. On top of that there was no apology and i was told by the technician “so many parts how do i know if the part is right or wrong” try to make sure everything is ok before you enter the workshop.

Compare to 3 years ago QD auto service has improved. In different ways. Still Cheap rate compared to other garage. New office with a service advisor. Good technical advice. Full services. Maintenance/ alignment/ car detailing/ tires. A friendly and trustfulplace to service your car.

I walked in to the store and asked for the oil change, that was arranged quick.They also do detailing and the job was pretty good done, I get a dog and a cat and my husband smokes in the car, they got rid of smell and hairs for me, awesome!If you get the membership card you get a discount for both car wash and maintenance.
