Action 500 Dorval Karting, Jeux d'Évasion, Laser tag, Escape Room

I made a reservation online for my son to play here, I reserved a combo of 1 karting and 4 missions of laser tag. But they did not have enough people for the laser tag so they told me to come back in 3.5 hours. I agreed and come back, but there was still not enough players, I asked them if my son could do the karting instead but they refused, they asked me to call their customer service instead but the customer service does not work in the weekend. The persons work at the reception never showed any effort to help me to solve the problem, and I have to wait for hours and then come back for nothing. In the end they told me they left a message so that their customer service would call me back. But I do not feel they would do it or help me anything. Their system is terrrible, my son was very dissappoited because he could not play the laser tag, even though we already paid for it. So, if you want to reserve for the laser tag at this place, be careful or you would be in my situtation, then waste money and your precious time. I am thinking about reporting this to the OPC so that no one would be in this situation again.

Amazing service did the escape room and loved it with the family. Service was amazing a great staff. Would recommend and also will come back mutliple times

Staff were grumpy and on their phone the whole time. Make sure you don’t hit a barrier because the karts don’t reverse and staff are too distracted and annoyed to pull you out. The positives are that the front staff are nice and the karts are fun and electric so instant power.

Crooks. I made a deposit for karting. They said it was refundable if I cancelled more than 10 days in advance. I tried cancelling once month ahead of time. I left 3 messages on Facebook and sent three emails. I called 3 times. They assured me they would send the deposit back, but never did. Avoid at all costs.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating encounter at Action 500 Dorval that left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. My friends and I arrived 50 minutes before the advertised closing time but we have been refused the access by the staff neither for the karting nor for the laser tag. For example the guy told us that we wouldn't have enough time to complete the laser tag missions, which usually takes at least 30 minutes, but in reality, we had enough time as we arrived 50 minutes before! I also want to mention that we tried to reach them by phone several times before we came to inquire about making a reservation, but nobody answered our call.I strongly advise anyone considering visiting Action 500 Dorval to think twice before doing so. Choose a place that values your time and understands the importance of customer satisfaction!

I came with my family has a very pleasant time! The staff is very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location for people looking to Go karting and many other activities! Will come again!

A great thanks to the manager Brianna. Quick problem solver and extremely respectful with me and my group.Had an extremely great time in the escape room. For my 3rd time there, she’s helped me perfectly every time.Definitely recommend going there. Every minute was a good one.

Beautiful, clean, new building. Plenty of parking and interior seating. The staff is friendly, and helpful. We only did karting this time and it was really fun. The electric karts are great to drive and pretty quick. There is also a few bathrooms here and vending machines for beverages. There are also several conference rooms available.
