Delivery was right on time. I received emails and texts confirming the appointment as well as a phone call. The delivery men were friendly and efficient.

We purchased a new oven. We visited the store and the sales person, Dave Thomas, was very helpful and informative. I ended up online asking questions and found the online assistant great. I ended up completing the purchase through the online assistant. Delivery was within a few days and on time.

I can only share my experience with shipping for now as I haven't tried my appliance yet. Shipping guys were great! They came and delivered/hauled away my old appliance quickly without any damages. Syed the salesperson was also very helpful.

We got great service from Anker. The delivery and removal of our old freezer went very smooth. We could not ask for better service. We already told a friend who needs a freezer soon to call Anker. We cannot say enough good things about our new freezer and the service at Canadian Appliance.

Do not buy from here. Take your quotes to Home Depot/Coastal etc who will price match or beat the quote and give you way better customer service. I'm not sure if it's just the salesman Ankur whose sleezy or it's the entire company. We placed an order from him for over $23k in appliances and he gave us different models/colours than what was promised to us in person and over the phone for 2 sets of washer/dryers. When we tried to return the appliances we got told the restocking fee would be $600 because we opened the boxes. At the store he tried to go back on his word and say he didn't promise anyone anything. This was after he kept telling us not to worry and he'd speak to his manager about the fees and doing the exchange. We tried to tell Ankur his own delivery drivers ripped apart the boxes of appliances themselves outside on the driveway without asking us and even have them on camera but he didn't care because he already made his commission. Why would we pay if the company employees ripped the boxes themselves? He then had the audacity to say if we weren't satisfied with the quotes initially we should have gone to a different company. We made the huge mistake of trusting the salesmans word. Horrible salesman and horrible company. Don't trust these guys; they'll tell you they'll take care of you but the second the appliances touch your driveway you're on your own.

Arvinder was friendly and super helpful. The delivery team was friendly, fast and efficient. Thanks for making everything from the purchase, delivery and install so smooth for us. We will definitely be coming to you for other future needs.

With so many buying options I now look for good customer service. I had never dealt with CAS before but I am glad I did. Having been given the run around on delivery with another firm I cancelled the order and tried CAS. Outstanding customer service. Constant confirmation and tracking info. Delivery was dead on time, which when you have bern without laundry for 2 weeks is a great stress reliever. Thank you CAS.
