Went to this location and was helped by a gentlemen named Navied and he provided me with great service and helped me with the phone and plan I needed. Thank you for the service it was very helpful

Today I went to the store and I meet Stephanie and she was awesomeI can believe the knowledge I was given helped me greatly deal.

I have been going to this Bell store for years but this is the first time that I was very disappointed in the customer service - the only good thing that the CR did was recommend I go to the Bell store at the Whitby location to get my phone upgrade and still get the sale price. He did nothing else - did not try to offer me a deal with a better phone and told me that I would be responsible for all data transfer even though I was willing to pay for this. There was no one in the store so there was no reason that he could not do this, he just did not want to. I would have rated this location 1 star EXCEPT for the advice to go to Whitby - that location will be getting 5 stars for the CR's exceptional service.

I had such great experience at this Bell store. The store is close to my house and I just went in one day as I was walking the area. Navied had such friendly and professional Attitude, he gave me a detailed overview of the deals going on. I ended up signing up for a contract and getting a new phone. I would recommend the location to other customers/clients and potential new customers/clients of Bell.

Raymond was friendly and really helpful. He went above and beyond to check if my phone was unlocked using his own sim card. He was kind enough to give me the number that i like. And made sure that i had everything and gave me a good service. I am really happy with the service i received from Raymond.

Navied was very helpful. He helped me pick a plan that best suited my needs and I appreciate it. Will definitely recommend people here

My experiences in this bell store were very unpleasant. I had an iPhone 6s and wanted to have a new cell number with it. Since I have a working cell, I simply want to have a prepaid plan for private use. During 4 different trips to it, the staff (3 different ones) wasn't that helpful when first asking them what I need to do. Guess they were only interested in selling new devices. I was even asked to go to Best Buy which turned me back to the bell store.Confused and frustrated, I bought a SIM card there and thought it could be an easy setup. But there was a 'Not supported ...' message showing up when trying to install the sim card. I went back to the store and two gentlemen simply didn't want to help out although there was no customer except me at that time.Anyway my whole experience really made me wanting to quit. Fortunate enough one lady from bell support line eventually helped explain the process and point me to the right direction.Jiwen
