I joined Princeton and initially enjoyed it. The last three have been so disappointing. I used vacation time for all three days. The first one was cancelled, but not until I arrived. Said they were full. No call or email. Handed me $20. The second and third were cancelled the afternoon before, with the same reason, they were full. I was registered twice by them, when they called to invite me and the other, I registered on line. This has become a waste of my time and money. It wasn't like this when Jenn was the office manager. Again, so disappointed.

Princeton Consumer Research is a great research study facility. They pay cash for people to join in on studies. I myself have already participated in a facial cream study and a lip balm study. Staff are excellent. Friendly, helpful and informative.

I have done a few studies at PCR and have enjoyed it.I do wish they would email me or phone me more often though. Great place to make some cash and the staff is very nice there. It is only a 7 minute walk from where i live so I am ready,willing and able to come try out for a study. :)

All workers are friendly and help a lot to clear your doubt..

Not impressed with this place at all. First off, where do i begin? First off i had to quit a few studies due to a medical concern. I properly left a message ( which they likely didnt get) and nobody called me back. Secondly, i was owed 20 bucks fair and square for a study i only partially completed. When i went to pick up my money they treated me as though i was some sort of imposter, and made me feel very uncomfortable when retrieving what was mine. They seemed very snooty there. Lastly, ive been trying for the last few weeks to get onto the site, and was having difficulties logging in. 9 out of 10 times nobody got back to me when i either left an email or left a voice message. Spoke to head lady and she acted as though everything was fine and she would let me know about up coming studies. So....i still couldnt get onto the site with my username or password, so i emailed the head hunchos. They informed me my account was deactivated, and i could no longer do studies at the wpg location. I WAS NEVER informed of this. No courtesty call or email whatsoever. Had to waste my time for the past few weeks only to find out it had been cancelled. UNACCEPTABLE. I should have properly been informed by a staff member. Glad i am not doing studies here. They are rude, there is a disconnect and lack of communication, and ive been doing hiltop studies for 20 years. Think i will stick with them!
