Amazing service. Brought my Audi for transmission repair. I had to bring the car for check up in a couple of month after the job was done. They were very nice, checked it with the computer and reprogrammed it. Till now I see no problem.

I was really really impressed. I had my transfer change for my highlander 2015. Toyota told me the work was badly done and to go back. I went back and they took the time to put it up on the lift and show me where the problem was. Turns out Toyota had screwed up and now have to fix the engine on their dime. I recommend Transmission eastern 100%. Really nice guys, no lies and really want their clients to be Happy. Thanks Guys

They dont honour their job. When I told them that I almost lost my wheel on the highway 10days after they have worked on my car, they said that it could not be one of their guys and that the guy who worked on my car quit the place a week before.... They didn't do a work order for the job so they could not tell me who did the job and when. And they told that its because my car its old that my wheel almost came off. But what a coincidence that its the same wheel that they removed to do the work on my transmission.... I dont suggest to go there. I had to go back 2 times for problems on the same job.... I lost 4 bolts out of 5 and that its a natural cause!?!?!? Yeah right!

Nissan dealership told me I needed a new transmission because of a code, quoted $5,500 and offered $3,500 trade-in value for the Pathfinder. Transmission had no issues, so I took it down to Eastern to check it out. It didn't need a new transmission, it only needed a new valve body based on the code and Nissan bulletin. That's only $1600. I got it fixed within a few days and were able to get $11,000 for the car. Nissan dealership was trying to rip me off, but luckily I was smart enough to get it checked out by transmission experts. Eastern staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Saved me A LOT of money. Highly recommend for transmission issues!

I personally recommend to all. As I went for the transmission checkup. The professional man took around 1 hour on my car and even not charged me a single dollar. He expained me very well. THUMBS UP

I don’t know where the positive reviews come from. It is the third vehicle I send there for repairs and I always got them back in worse shape than before entering their shop. They are friendly but they will find any bs reason to charge extortion prices. First vehicle They replace the transmission for $2100 but was shifting like it was about to blow. Second truck I paid $1500 to rebuild the transfer case only to have it leaking not even 2 months later and now, this time they charged me $400 ONLY FOR REPLACING A SEAL!! When I got my truck back they said they drove on the highway and the noise in the differential was gone but it was still there, and it he said if it’s there it’s not worth checking and i would have to pay $1500 just to look at it. They also did something to the transmission because it doesn’t shift as good as it used to anymore, the fluid is leaking and I didn’t have those problems before I brought my truck there transmission was always working perfectly. I’m obviously never going back. Avoid my mistakes, avoid this place at all cost!

Got My transmission rebuilt from here for my nissa sentra 2013. They did a great job and gave me a good warranty also. The car seems to be running like new now.

Steven and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful when we got stranded in Montreal over the construction holiday.They got the work done as quickly as possible, and communicated clearly what was going on with our truck. Cost was comparable to any other shop. Unlike many mechanics, this shop is able to fix and rebuild parts, not just replace them. This is especially helpful now with the current supply chain issues.
