Hi,I bought a Ford Edge 2014 SE from SJL AUTO LTD. in February 2023.My complain (which may be nitpicking) is that they don't place a price tag on each car. You've to visually shortlist vehicles then u ask for keys and prices for the specific shortlisted cars.Heater worked fine but AC has to be @ Max over 27°C. I'm thinking about recharging it.I asked Selina about fixing windshield and other visible defects, she said we sell as is and price is negotiable.Now, I've become a fan of this dealership plus Ford. Car turned out to b Mechanically sound as their report said.My neighbour asked their reference, I love to Drive this car and most important My family find it perfect for daily needs.I'll go there for my next purchase, definitely and.....I'll definitely recommend them :)

SJL is a used auto dealership we couldent reccomend enough to people, we bought a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid and traded in our 08’ Chevrolet Uplander and had the most amazing experience, we have never had good memories with dealerships but everyone here was paitent with us and answerd all of our questions when looking at our vehicle, they were really amazing to my mother and helped her feel calm about the car purchase, they were amazing with followups and ive told everyone about this dealership, especially coming from calgary they were amazing. And very transparent with every issue with the car and priced it accordingly! Thank you everyone apart of the SJL Team!

By far one of the most transparent dealerships I have ever been to. Selena the Rep went out of her way to find the right car for me for the right price.Working through the finance was extremely easy and the sales manager Jay explained everything in detail to me as well as allowing me time to go home and think it over. He didn’t want me to be in a vehicle I would second guess in any way. Once I chose how I wanted to go through financing, SJL auto went out of their way to show me everything about the vehicle .I cannot thank you enough for helping me find a perfect vehicle after 3 daunting months within my price range in this current car market.Thank you so much SJL auto!! Shady dealership, their inspection didn’t disclose even half of the problems in the vehicle I was looking to buy. Im lucky I took it to an actual mechanic before buying it or I would have been down 6-8 grand with all of the repairs that thing needed. Don’t trust their “third party inspection” that they show you. Don’t buy from here.

Professionalism in truest sense !I went to this dealership and was dealt by this wonderful girl Saba, who went above and beyond to understand what exactly I was looking for in a car and gave me the options available as per my need and budget. She also provided all the information that one should know and look out for before buying a second hand vehicle with respect to its CARFAX and Vehicle Inspection report.Let me tell you that this dealership’s motto is transparency in every deal and they explain all the pros & cons of any vehicle in their inventory and they won’t force you into buying it rather help you take a decision.Definitely 5 stars for this dealership !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a GMC Acadia from them last week , they were amazing helpful and honest .was a problem nobody was told about but they were quick to rectify problem with no hassles . My son bought dodge caravan with some work required which was disclosed on paper but they didn’t disclose everything on paper this car has major fuel leakage when the tank is full that’s why the tank was half when you sold it so nobody get to know this problem and there is power steering leak and also the car right side sliding door lock actuator was bad which I and my son noticed at dealership when motor was making buzzing noise due to which rear doors were not locking up, I told this to sales person too but she said it could be due to cold weather but anyhow my son replaced the door lock actuator himself it took him 2 hours to fix this. We were thinking of getting another vehicle from you guys We told this to sales person too but were told the car which we were interested in was not listed yet and it will be listed by Monday and We were planning to come on Monday but Now me and my son are very disappointed over this at least you could have disclosed everything to us. So buyer’s be careful their mechanical assessments are joke.
