Park'N Fly, Economy Parking - C Lot

Horrible rental car service! I have rented several cars in my life and have waited over 40 min from getting in the line and for them to bring the car around. It was very hard to leave the airport to find what shuttle will pick you up to drop off. You will also have to pay for insurance if from United States it’s mandatory. Line was wrapped around the entire inside of the building. Disappointed!!

Great place to park your call. The prices are fair. The customer service agents are helpful and always there to solve any discrepancies if you have ticket issues.

Would give zero if I could. Had 16 valet buses come and no economy over a 30min time waiting at the airport. Asked everyone on the valet buses what was happening and they all said a bus was on the way. Called the call Center and they hung up on us twice before someone actually told us a bus was on it’s way (they were also wrong). Had once gracious driver switch from valet without approval and take us. No word of a lie we were waiting with a pregnant couple. It was terrible. Once we boarded the bus from the gracious driver, we saw an empty economy bus drive right by us. Unreal.

Waiting for 42 minutes so far, not a single Park and fly economy parking shuttle. Asked a Valet Bus when to expect the economy shuttle and he shooed me away saying 'there is no time here'Edited update, finally Jose turned up in a Valet Bus announcing Economy parking drop. Not a nice welcome.Waw, what a change! Economy busses had economy board and other buses had theirs. This time bus arrived in 15 minutes at yyz. I have added 2 additional stars

This is my second time using the service. First time was great, no issues at all. Vans were fast and only took me 15 min to get to the airport after I parked. Returning was great too, only waited 5 minutes for the van. My second time using it was not that good. I arrived at 7:25pm at the spot were they pick you up at Terminal 3 on a Tuesday. I waited for 20 min and literally 6 valet vans passed. Only two parked to pick up passengers for the A and B lots (1-2 families) all the other vans didn't stop. Drivers were very nice but said that they couldn't pick up economy lot customers, that they only had 2 vans for that. I would encourage the park and fly owners to be more flexible. If you have 6 vans for valet running almost empty, let them pick up economy passengers, to not waste people's time unnecessarily

So we arrived at the Toronto Airport after vacation a bit tired and longing to just get home safely around 8:30pm on January 30th. An hour later we were through customs, checked bags in hand and heading for the street to find a shuttle bus. We checked our receipt and headed to the appropriate pickup area. Outside there was already a shuttle waiting. The driver took us anyway although the bus was quite full. As we were the last two to leave the bus, we watched as the driver took excellent care of each passenger that night, explaining the difficulty going down certain aisles of the parking lot do to the recent heavy snowfall. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by her care, and although she conveyed her name to us I cannot remember it. But I surely remember the way she made us feel. Having to dig out 10 inches of snow off the car was not such a big deal after such excellent care. Also, my wife printed off a coupon for a discount prior to the trip. The automated cashier in system handled the transaction expertly. We had no issues. Highly recommend Park'N Fly!

Paid for a week stay, because of flight times I got charged WAY more than expected, we were only gone 7 days but apparently they time things differently so just be cautious. Customer service was also extremely rude, hung up the phone mid call, so good luck if you need help with resolving similar issues.

If you are going on a vacation out of Pearson Airport this is one of the more affordable places to park your car. Make sure you register on line prior to going. For a SIGNIFICANT discount. You do this you will get a barcode that you scan on arrival....that will open the gate. You scan when you are exiting upon your return and it will reflect the price previously given to you. You need to pay by CC or debit card. When you park your car proceed to one of the bus shelters. Make sure to take a picture of the shelter AND the number of the row where you parked. The bus driver will give you a ticket with the shelter on but most will loose it. Bus transport you to the airport and run approximately 15 to 20 minutes.Enjoy your vacation !!
