In store service is not the fastest. Seven plus minutes for five coffees and five doughnuts with lots of other customers waiting near the counter for their orders too

I’m celiac, there’s only a certain amount of food that I can eat from tim’s. My request is always hash browns in replace of a bagel or bread which has always been doable at other tims locations. Both times I have ordered here I have been laughed at and gotten the worst service ever. My food has come out wrong every time and when I go in to get it fixed, I am greeted with even more rudeness. I cannot control my allergy. Treat people like people.I would suggest going to the other tim’s location by save on foods. Lovely service there, always have a good experience. I will not be returning to this location.

Bathrooms are disgusting, toilet paper dispenser is all busted on the floor, feces and toilet paper pieces all over the stall. Both soap dispensers are empty sinks are also disgusting. Staff Doesent seem to care at all I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Well... short and sweet... the drive thru cashier was incredibly rude, and had zero patience. I know that I might sound like a Karen, but trust me on this... don't ever go here.

Coffee and food is fine. Older woman working the drive-thru with white hair… 2 times now has been incredibly rude and not friendly at all. Not a drive thru experience you want to have.

Wife was just there. She ordered a bowl at the drive through. After paying, the staff told her to park while they made the rice for it. 20 minutes went by so she went to the drive through again to find out what was going on. The staff had no idea what she was talking about and tried to charge her all over again. A few more minutes after explaining what had just happened, another staff member came to the window and handed the bowl to my wife. This is the bowl for who's waiting" what a joke of a location. This isn't the first time I've commented on this particular location. Rude staff. Lacks training. Zero clue. There is another location in Okotoks

For some odd reason it took 20 minutes to get a bagel belt, they care less about people inside as opposed to the drive thru. Would highly recommend if going to this one to use dry thru
