Catalin is fantastic to work with ... he installed a new alarm and remote engine start ( bonus it uses our oem key fob! ) in our RV a Promaster 2500 Cargo Van.He explained in detail how the system works and offered to call him anytime with questions. His shop is great and the work was completed in full and on time. He included all the original packaging and extra programing sheets.He uses a professional quotation system and has a nice invoice follow up for easy online payment with detailed records.I can highly recommend you give Catalin a call!

Had a backup camera system, motion sensor lights, additional charging station power cables all installed in my 5 ton box truck 2 months ago. They were super transparent with estimates and expenses, flexible with my needs, great suggestions and the final product looks fantastic. Waited a couple months to make sure no issues before posting review. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience, outstanding customer care. Don't look any further. There are other car-electronic companies with a great rating on google maps but in my experience they are not even close to Charged Install Services.Catalin is really nice, extremely helpful and experienced. He made work what I was told by other shops is impossible. I believe he is the best in what he does because he puts a piece of heart into his business. He did many extras for me, didn't push me into anything, didn't rush anything (yet worked fast) and made sure all my questions have been answered. And the price was too low :) What more can one ask for?

Fantastic service from start to finish. I sleep better at night knowing that my vehicle will now be much harder to steal, and much easier to recover if it is. An insurance payout can never truly replace a custom built vehicle. Charged Install was clear about the options that would work for me, transparent about costs, and performed the work quickly. I ordered a speaker exhaust" from Germany for my BMW 540D. I asked a few shops in the Lower Mainland and no one dared to take on the job. Spoke with Catalin and he was willing to do it! He was very patient and knowledgeable and did a magnificent job! I am so pleased and happy! Catalin's service was beyond expectational. His work is very clean and tidy so you wouldn't even notice the part is there! I am coming back to have parking camera and sensors for my wife's Mini. 100% Highly recommended!!! A++++"

I recently did a light bar installation here and it was simply a wonderful and pleasant experience. To begin with, the light bar was not a direct fit on installation but Catalin and Simon managed to install the light bar creatively and neatly.After I collected the vehicle, I mentioned to Catalin that the sensors were very sensitive and was beeping throughout the drive and he told me to bring it back to get the light bar realigned. NO questions asked.It was indeed a smooth and neat installation. Thank you Guys!
