Squishmallows. Yo, the variety is dope, they have hard to find behind the counter and a huge selection. Watch the prices, some are high, some are collectables that are rare, and the prices reflect it. Some everydays Squish are also on the higher side, but no need to resort to ebay or third party as they may have it Peace out squishy fans.

Good variety. One of the last classic and decently priced toy store chains out there.

Pathetic customer service! Purchased toys for my daughter from their Erin mills store and found out the Walmart next to it had the same item $10 cheaper. Their returns policy is ridiculous and staffs are a total Junk.I don’t think they have even faintly heard anything about “customer service”. Rather, the attitude is more like they are giving toys on charity and we are grabbing them for free! Highly unprofessional and a complete disgrace to any retail store.

Today in the store Hillcrest Mall location, a saleswoman (in a black longsleeve photo 1) attacked my 6 year old son, I was nearby, but she aggressively yelled at him so that he would not touch the toys. She practically attacked me, screaming at the whole store, waving her arms, saying that my 6 year old son is no longer a child, so she can tell him whatever she wants and how she wants. She screamed so loudly and waved her hands in front of us that we decided to leave the store. At the checkout, I asked another saleswoman (in white longsleeve photo 2) what the name of this “Lady” was, but the second saleswoman began to shout at me, said that they did not have a customer service and the head of the store, she threatened security, began to call somewhere on the phone and screaming that the child and I have no right to be in her store. Store owner, I am writing to let you know about this situation. You have inadequate, aggressive and incompetent employees working in your store. I will never come to your store again, I will tell all my friends and complain to the management of the Mall. Take action against your rabid workers. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the first person they attack.

Used to come here regularly with my 3 year old. He loves to browse the shelves for a little treat, but there is one middle aged female employee (long frizzled hair and glasses, dark skinned) who is incredibly rude and confrontational. Once, she approached my toddler for sitting down on a toddler car and berated him for not being allowed to touch any toys in the store". This experience scared him so much we did not return for months.This past weekend

I ordered from their online store, and my credit card had been compromised within a few days after the purchase was made. It was the only place I used that card recently. I can’t say for certain, but I will not be giving them my business again because of this.

I went in with my younger brother. I'm 14 and he's 12, we were walking towards the back. Checking out the items when an employee screamed at us to leave. Not only did they give us dirty looks, they kept screaming over and over. Assuming that since we're Asian, we didn't know English. That we were doing something shady but we were trying to look at the toys on display. Get better staffing, the passive aggersive racism needs to leave.

Huge selection of Squishmallow. Neat and clean store. Prices seem high compared to other toy stores. Received no customer service this evening.
