Howard's Outdoor Power Equipment

I was extremely impressed with their turnaround. I brought my snow blower in that was not working on the 11/17/22 roughly about 1.30pm and they called me back on 11/18/22 about 12:30pm and told me my snowblower is ready for pickup. It runs great!!! I was expecting a seven eight day turnaround. (Thanks Guys.)

They just don't seem like they like black people I get disrespected evertime I call or go there......we need a black store to serve us it's a mfing shame......I will never spend a buck there and I will promote that none of my people go there but if u don't believe me call up there or go........I really can say I hate them mfs........that would be crazy if God burned it down......cause he don't like ugly

Great shop for minibike builds, parts, and accessories. Jeff and John have been really helpful getting me everything ive needed. Although I haven't had any repairs done, I'm sure their work quality is just as great as they have been with my parts & customer service. Anything I've ordered has came in with 1-2days. They have had alot of high performance parts in stock that majority of stores don't carry or are special order only. Great guys, very helpful, great stock on parts.

Only one in there for a spark plug but they got a nice showroom in the people were nice gotten help right away and out the door I was

The lady behind the counter was very rude they lied to me saying that my mower would be fixed in two weeks I gave them a month went to check the status of my mower and the rude lady said that they haven't looked at it and all it needs is a starter cord once I get my mower back they don't have to worry about me bringing anything to them

Went to Howard's several different times had a couple different things to get repaired he's very reasonable time efficient had my items ready for pick up even earlier then what he quoted onYou want excellent servicecheck him out

Jeff and the whole team are absolutely amazing. I was told to go there by a random fellow at another shop for parts for my Apollo pit bike. I called and Jeff answered the phone and right away was able to give me the answer to all of my questions leading to me going to Howard’s and Jeff and his mechanics setting up a whole new rim tire and bearing for myself so I was able to ride on the one weekend I had off, as quick and professional as possible. Great customer service, great people. I will not shop anywhere else.

The management and staff always go above and beyond for every customer! They always treat me like part of the family.It's individually owned little Mom & Pop shops like this, that made America Great!And customer service, it's a lost art now a days! But, Howard's service / sales / staff always make you feel welcome. Honestly giving of themselves for their customers. I'm proud to have been a loyal customer for years.And smaller stores like Howard's give American people what America needs most, especially now... local jobs, spend you money in the communities where you live & work. You deserve great customer service, not like you get at those big box stores. I was referred to Howard’s from Generac, my generator was not starting and we were 24 hours into a power outage. Woke up to a 48 degree house.Called and they said bring it in today, we will have it by end of day. Even better it was ready and running 2 hours later.Howard’s was a life saver.
