Bought a gmc truck from Michael, he was great to deal with. He drove the truck to a mechanic for me to get it checked out and as expected it was in great shape. I traded my suv straight up for it and I think both sides are happy. He's a solid guy to deal with which is hard to find in the used car business. Cheers

This guy Michael is a a joke. Sold me the car and said he would fix any engine or transmission related issues with 30 days, with a week of buying the car I get a dozen issues and serious engine issue. This guys don’t fix it for 6 months! They don’t know a word of customer service. As I demanded him to fix the issue because he gave me 30 days warranty he said “well I don’t have to fix it”. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and that’s it.

I have been dealing with MJ for a few years now, I have bought a few cars for family members and I can honestly say I have always been treated fairly with respect and given a great price! Thank you MJ for all the amazing service :)

I recently bought a car of Mike. It ticked alot of boxes for what we wanted and Mike was up front and patient throughout the process. We enjoyed the car we bought but came to realize it wasn't the right size for what we needed. Within the first week I phoned mike to see if he would consider taking it back and he did. 100% money back and he has helped us to find something the suites our size demands better. Good guy and for used car sales he has some good stock.

Hi Michael, this is Alex. First of all you didn't mention that you couldn't even remember that we have an appointment. So it's a lie right there. We had an appointment at 11 and I was very clear that I'm coming, and I said I might be a bit earlier or a bit later and that I'll call you once I'm on my way, do when I call you couldn't remember and then said we have an appointment for 12. That's a one more red flag for people to know about. Don't twist my words. Secondly, I said that I refused s customer because I was coming to you and since my time was waisted I lost money. That's called opportunity cost. Let me know if there's something not clear again, I'll be happy to clarify. Regards

I made an appointment with Michael and called him to tell that I'm coming at 11 and I was told that spot is taken and I need to come later because he forgot about me and someone is coming from Squamish. I said that I was the first and I half way there, but Michael said he cannot refuse that person from Squamish even though I was first. Well not sure why my time isn't important from someone else's time. Also I could book a customer for myself but didn't do it. So I wasted my time, lost money and the car was sold. There is definitely a room to improve customer service, so watch out folks

It was refreshing purchasing a car at Michael Jordan Motors. The Mazda 3 was in excellent shape. Every other used lot we went to the cars needed work. Michael addresses the mechanical issues before he sells them.It gave me peace of mind knowing my family would be driving a safe and reliable vehicle.I highly recommend this dealership! 5 plus stars.

I bought a truck from Micheal. I came to buy one truck and then ended up finding something even better. He was very pleasant and a man of his word. Fair prices and good selection . Would recommend anyone looking to buy a veichle.

Recently bought my first car from Michael, Mercedes-Benz CLK 320 convertible. Vehicle was very reasonably priced and in great condition. Mike was very friendly, respectful and informative. Picked up a truck for my friend from Michael. He was very honest and up front about the vehicle and all of it’s history. He was very friendly and informative. It’s a great truck for a used pickup and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to go see what he can do for you!
