Recently purchased a 2024 Crosstrek. The sales associate Krystalina was great and helpful throughout the entire process. I received significantly better help at this location than at the Regent location. Krystalina receives 5 stars from me!The financing representative, Dion, on the other hand made a number of errors such as misunderstanding that this was a lease when we never discussed leasing at all. He also misspelled my email address on two occasions which caused delays in approval and delays in gaining access to Subaru Starlink once I had picked up the vehicle. Dion receives 2/5 stars.Overall the experience was good. There is some frustration with the timeline of receiving the vehicle as well as with negotiating. Moving forward it would be best if management either tells you from the start that they do not negotiate or that they participate themselves instead of using sales associates as the middle man. From a timeline perspective it would also be helpful if a firm timeline could be provided before a commitment to purchase is made. How can you commit to a vehicle when you are told it could take a few weeks to many months? In the end the vehicle was available less than a week after purchase which is a major improvement from the 2-4 months we were repeatedly told, which worked out well for me. The overall purchase experience is 4/5 stars.

Rovie and Dion were absolutely great to work with through the process of getting my brand new brz, Rovie saved me big time from getting a slightly used one that another dealer had marked up by over 3k! Was kept updated throughout the whole process, their delivery time was spot on, came in a bit earlier than originally expected and they even managed to get all the accessories and protection packages added to the car within 3 days of the car arriving with them and me picking it up. Highly recommended them, in love with my new vehicle, wouldn’t have happened if Rovie didn’t hook me up!

I am so lucky to have Aaron as my advisor. He is very nice and friendly and responded quickly to my inquiries. I told him I would like to get my car as soon as possible, he tried his best to negotiate with the supervisor and the manufacturer, and finally I got my car earlier. When I n got the car, Aaron explained every detail of the perfect function, making sure I know how to use it. So, I firmly recommend the dealership and the advisor, who will servethe customers carefully and honestly.

Mostly a good experience all around, Aaron was incredibly helpful, friendly, and answered any questions I asked. He even offered to teach me manual as this was my first manual car. Mona kindly answered any questions I had on the financial side, loved the atmosphere at Jim Pattison Subaru South, can't say the same for Jim Pattison Subaru on Regent however. I test drove the Sport trim and I immediately fell in love with it. I loved the drive so much that I upgraded to the Wilderness trim to combat the harsh Winnipeg winters. I love the car so much and it was definitely worth the wait. I’ve been going to this specific dealership for many years now and the staff have always been dependable servicing my previous WRX. I’m very happy that I will be staying with them for many more years to come and create many more great memories with my new Subaru. Thank you again Rovie and Lex!
