If there was ever an issue it was dealt with promptly and this is the reason I always keep going back. When it comes to oilfield hours they are always willing to try and make something work to get you in and back to work.

I bought a bakflip tonneau cover about four years ago from Action and some of the small plastic clips for the stanchions had broken due to wear and tear. I had no idea what the part numbers were and the customer service team was able to dig through their catalogues to find the part number and then came out to my vehicle to confirm the part fitment. They happened to have some in stock which was perfect. Very happy with the customer service and will definitely be back for other truck accessories!

I had Joey and his team installed a new Spacekap, back up lights/work lights and a back up camera for my new ford. Very happy with the end result and the install was done very clean and professional.Service and communication for this project was great start to finish. I would defiantly come back for anything else I needed for my work truck. Highly recommended!

After paying a ridiculous price of over $700 For LED lights on my truck Low beams were shining high and high beams were shining low. They would not own up to their screw up I was told it was grimlin's that was messing around with my lights Of course I was getting upset and when asked to speak to the manager I realize That's the person I was arguing with.At action the customer is always wrongGiven you an update a gentleman named George was concerned with my concern And totally fixed all of my problem I am now giving them 4 stars

For the 3 items I ordered and had installed, they had the best prices and were able to give me EXACT pricing, whereas one of the other GP stores could only give me estimates. No surprise costs at all (huge plus). The pump in the Linex machine went down, so my truck was required to stay an extra day and a little confusion when picking up my truck the next day, but the staff were friendly and showed excellent customer service. I unfortunately feel like customer service is too rare now adays and needs to be appreciated when the staff go above and beyond. Also came out and went through all of the installs with me and ensured I was satisfied. Best pricing and best customer service, wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
