Yoooo, I ordered a new one from work, but look at this scam, they gave me a used one, I was so excited to get my brand new first time multi tool, I felt like a kid on Christmas, but they ruined it, unbelievable, today is Jan 19, the rest of the month is ruined because of this. Someone ought to look into this

I was in the Oshawa location twice last week. The first time I was greeted by Jimmy, who was courteous and attentive to completing my order in a timely and efficient manner.

Being a traveling service tech is a frustrating profession sometimes. Finding critical uncommon supplies can be a nightmare. I can not remember the ladies name that helped me out over the phone, but she really went above and beyond searching branches and finding exactly what I needed and was able to go retrieve same day. Much thanks and respect to that hardworking and dedicated employee!!!

Great service had exactly what I needed. I hope this location that gives people in the East access to stuff they need fast never closes

The staff was helpful and friendly. I went to pick up an online order, although an item was missing and I wasn't notified about it. Fortunately I realized the omission in time and was told that the item wasn't available, so I opted for a substitute.

We made an order April 5th and we were told the stuff had arrived on April 19. We made the drive from Peterborough to pick up the order and all they had for us was a small fraction of our order. It's now May 5th. According to the 1-800 number our mater has been there since the 19th and yet they still haven't contacted us to tell one way or the other. So not impressed with their service.

Wow how out of touch is this company and or its website. I went to the Oshawa location and the employee there said he could get the timing belt that I needed. Timing was critical so I passed. The employee looked up the number he needed and said call me if you change your mind. I did change my mind so I tried to call him to order and I was connected to the ????? main 1-800 number and was treated like a vagrant because I did not have an account and would not look up my part. I asked to talk to the Oshawa store and was denied. She would not look up the account in an attempt to help me. I agreed to do the survey and the two questions were regarding how the person I talked to answered my questions. NOT HOW THE FUNCTIONAL SERVICE ABD HOW BAD THE PROCESS IS!!! This not only verified they are out touch with reality but they have no idea how to approach getting in touch with reality. think getting an opinion of the their phone operator is going to help their bus1ness! WAKE PEOPLE, ITS 2020 and you are about to be left in the dust by the likes of AMAZON or anyone else that can properly run a website (or a parts service company for that matter. ) Confused how this company is still in business but maybe this is just company that launders money from another company that doesn't have its head in the sand!It a miracle how bad this company is and there must be an award for how out to lunch you are!!!

The guys at the branch are great. Very accommodating and do everything they can make sure you leave happy. The manager is happy to jump in and assist if the store is busy.
