Nice place and staff were really sweet. Especially Aya, she was a great help for me and my family. She gave really good and honest opinions!! Would definitely go back when she is there!

Aya was a huge help, she helped me and my buddy with multiple different outfits and was she really cool. First time ever shopping at jack and Jones and I’ll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, Jack and Jones gets zero stars from me. Horrible customer service trying to process an online return. Staff in store were not helpful and brushed off my concerns. Online quality is terrible and the BESTSELLER customer service" is such a scam. I am currently in week 2 of trying to return a sweater that was delivered with a stain and a "white" t-shirt shown online listed as final sale with a huge image on the back- not visible or described online. So frustrating and I will probably get stuck keeping the items because I was reminded of a 30 day return policy yet "customer service" takes a week in between emails to reply and not help me at all- redirecting me to the website that doesn't allow me to process a return that is damaged."

The worker was SOOOO AMAZINNGGGG, he helped me find a couple shirts and some pants for such a great price too!! AND WE HAD THE SAME NAME!!! Isn't that crazy?! The receipt says 9886 if that helps! So thank you Carter!!!!!

Shoutout to Claire for helping me getting my summer wardrobe:) she was excellent her customer service and vibe was awesome. Andrea was awesome with me every time I’ve gone in and very respectful. Highly recommend.

The staff who work their is really amazing. She helped me alot to find good stuff and also very interactive person.

Lovely staffHad to go in there to return some pants but i didnt have my receipt, the man at the desk helped me find the original date of purchase and helped get me a full refund. Didn’t catch his name, dude had some killer New Balances on though.Great customer service, even better quality

Was in about 2 weeks ago and had great customer service. My husband needed all new jeans and some shirts. Great selection. I asked the employees name but unfortunately I already forgot. On the receipt it's cashier 6509. Hope it's the right person! She was super friendly and very helpful. Great experience...will definitely be back to this specific location:)
