I've been looking for the perfect burger and I have found it. Juicy but not greasy, your choice of toppings and the bun stayed together until the very end. Everything freshly homemade and made to order. I had The Machine and The Utility Chicken with Onion Rings and a Strawberry shake. It was absolutely fantastic and I will become a regular customer. Definitely a must try for anyone looking for a great burger place.

I tried many times from Burger Factory Ancaster, my favorite is Cheese Burger with Beef Bacon. Burgers were always fresh and consistent..The ambience is pretty good inside and very convenient parking.The staff was so friendly and the service was top notch!!! Kudos to the team.. Definitely visiting again..

Ordered delivery and the food was good but the burger was very small, mostly bun. As you can see by the pics.. Tasty! But small. The left pic is what is on the Uber Eats menu and the right pic is what I received.

I have been to a bunch of burger joints around the gta and I must say this place beats them all. You can really taste the high quality of their ingredients in all of the burgers and sandwiches. My brother had the Oreo milkshake and it was delicious too! The staff are also super nice and polite. 10/10!

Amazing food! Super accessible, and very kid friendly. The staff is warm and helpful. My kids are very picky eaters and they ate everything!! Definitely will be back! I highly recommend

This was our 1st time visiting a Burger Factory location. We had the Juicy Lucy on Fire combo (with fries) and the Juicy Lucy combo (with onion rings). The food was just ok but way overpriced for what it was. The burgers shrink a ton and it’s not much food for the price. The onion rings were especially disappointing as they were bland. Would not recommend.

Okay now. This place is legit. First it’s a clean, small intimate space.The service was remarkably good. Friendly and clean.I’m vegetarian and appreciated how the cook cleaned the grill prior to making my burger.The fries are freshly cut and taste fresh very well made.The burger had amazing flavours and juicy. The best. I’d recommend this place any day.
