I sent an inquiry and spoke with Brent. Outstanding piece of advice! What impressed me most was that he didn’t tell me to come right away and sign up for their services. He gave best options available for me at this point of time. Thank you, and I have an idea as to how I want to move forward with my situation.

Sadly I was initially sold by their initial salesmanship consultation but received little if any further meaningful communication. I have sent a few emails requesting the status of or conclusion of my claim to receive nothing. I asked for and suggested further steps to resolve my issue with no response. It seems that once they have your money their job is 99% done.

We hired Precision Paralegal in early 2022 when a customer stopped paying invoices. We had tried for over a year to get payment from this customer and they ignored all forms of communication. I felt our only next step was legal action.The end result for us was a positive one and our customer finally paid up, but only after Precision went after them and it was headed to court. I feel certain had we not hired Precision, we would still be waiting to be paid from this customer.I recommend using Precision Paralegal and I would hire them again.

Save your money, tried dealing with Brent to start a claim and was quick to send everything to take a 1500$ deposit but didn’t sound interested in what was best for me. I decided to try a demand letter before continuing and it’s been over a month with no information. I’ll go somewhere else.

I had high hopes for Precision Paralegal, I had a free consultation and they sold me on their expertise, knowledge and customer service. I was told we had a solid case for small claims court and they would support me through the entire process. Once they had the retainer the experience went downhill fast. I had to send numerous emails to get the filed documentation. I was then sent a notice of mediation but no preparation for the mediation, I had to send various emails to get a consultation for the mediation. In mediation my assigned Consultant was a no show for 30 mins, then when he did show up, was not prepared and the mediation process was nothing as described by Precision in the initial consultation or prior to mediation consultation that I had to plead for. A second mediation was scheduled however the notice for mediation was never sent to me and I had to request it from Precision and had 0 preparation. During the second mediation my Consultant was completely unprepared and then had a side bar with me advise me to withdraw the claim due to not having a strong case. I felt completely betrayed by Precision Paralegal and it was a waste of my time, money and hard work in preparation of this small claims experience with them.

Such a pleasure to discuss our matter with Brent. He was able to give us some much needed solid advice and now we have a plan to deal with a shady contractor without having to hopefully go to court. Would highly recommend Precision Paralegal as a knowledgeable resource to help you navigate any legal dilemma.

Clown show from the top down.Communication was atrocious.Was told by Brent that my case was relatively simple and they'd be able to deal with it. Paid their retainer fee and had them send out a couple of documents, then communication broke down. I started asking questions about my settlement/important deadlines and we'd do a telephone call and John would assure me everything was fine. This happened one more time and I decided to call Brent to ask for my retainer back or a new paralegal, his response was that he couldn't change paralegals without major delays, he said he would join John in helping me and communicating with me on what was happening........somehow communication got worse.After some stern emails they tell me they've ran through my retainer fee and that my case could could take 5 days of oral testimony and they cap their services at $10k.I dropped them immediately they did very little with my retainer, I was certainly not going to give them $10k.Went and got myself a lawyer and within a few months the case was dealt with professionally and with clear communication.Moral of the story: don't get amateurs to do a professionals job.

I was dealing with a sticky situation. John M listened to my concerns, provided guidance and knowledge and protected my assets as though they were his own. I will absolutely call upon John again if needed. Thank you!
