Great price, knew on phone what was in stock and tread % (used tires). Were able to pickup within the hour. We had an unusual tire size and they had a few options, where other places had none in stock. Thank you!

They lost all 4 of my tires, were extremely rude about it and said they would buy me new tires to make up for it. Except when they ordered me a new set they were all different sizes and tried telling me that its okay. I had to wait over a month for them to order the correct tires. They also lost my sisters tires but instead of owning up to it they gave her 4 different tires that were all different sizes without telling her. This is extremely dangerous for them to let their customers drive with all different sized tires and treads. I will never go there again. Extremely careless and unknowledgeable staff.

Very helpful staff helped load our winter tires into the vehicle before taking them to have them put on elsewhere. They do offer to put your tires on for you here, but we had mechanics appointment and was more convenient to have the other place put them on for us.

All four brand-new spring tires bought for a golf wagon. Checked the bolts after 150 km- ALL of them ridiculously tight. The bolts should be set at 88 but they were greater than 150! A three foot breaker bar with extreme force had to be used to loosen them to the proper setting. This is completely unacceptable guys!! Previously loved tire craft- but sadly not returning.

I called yesterday in a panic since I got a flat the night before and they had me in within the hour, fixed it, showed me the tire and explained what probably happened. They replaced my tire & gave me a great deal. They were SO kind and friendly I'm surprised by the negative reviews that had been written. I will definitely be a returning customer. I believe it was James that helped me and another man (I can't remember his name)- both super informative, kind, and efficient. Thank you!!
