I booked a move-out cleaning and they were able to fit me in on a holiday and did a great job cleaning! Very professional from start to end. Provided detailed list of tasks to be performed, arrived exactly on time, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would gladly use them again.

After having thousands of dollars worth of family heirloom jewellery stolen from us we had to fire them. Prior to this we were never fully satisfied with the service. House was also always dinged up in wall corners and baseboards from carelessness.

We used their move out service. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their pricing. Our landlords was also impressed and would now like to recommend them to all future tenants when they move out. Now that we've moved to our new house I am considering using them for occasional cleaning as well. I heartily recommend

Maid Brigade cleaners have been a great addition to my home. Their staff is always on time and has great customer service. They work hard and a are willing to help out in any situation. Whenever we have emergency situations where extra cleaners are needed, they sends staff to us within a short period of time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a cleaning service.

Shirley & Lindsay are two incredibly sweet, industrious & hard working ladies. My house absolutely sparkled after their visit. This is the second time they have been here, & worked their magic. This is an update to my previous 1* review. Jason and my family were able to reach a resolution to the cleaning issues we encountered during our move-out clean. I would recommend ensuring both parties are in 100% agreement and on the same page regarding expectations of the job booked - in our case, that would have eliminated the bulk of the problems.Jason - thank you for being responsive and working with us to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

I used this company for a move out cleaning and it was a great experience. The two workers were pleasant, professional, diligent and attentive to detail. They got everything sparkling clean. The owner Jason is also a proactive communicator which also enhanced the experience. I will use them again for sure and I highly recommend this company. It is very well run!
