Staff here are incredible. So friendly and helpful. It's never too horribly busy. The showers are warm. Been a great place to go for a regular work out.

The staff was so friendly here. They greet you both coming and going like you are important. I did the zumba class with Gabrielle. The music was great, the moves were fairly easy to follow and Gabrielle was energetic and very fun to watch. She has some moves!!

Good pool for swimming lessons as there is a good size shallow pool for the younger kids and diving boards in the deep end for the older kids/adults. There is lockers that are a quarter $.25 to put your stuff and the family changerooms are wonderful as they are spacious and have showers. There is a hot tub and gym area as well. For those wanting to watch from a distance there is an observation area/ balcony which is also a bonus. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was the temperature of the water could be a bit warmer particularly in the shallow pool.

I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE THIS PLACE !!! THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND NICE --- THE POOL IS CLEAN , BRIGHT AND HAS HUGE WINDOWS WITH BIG TREES AND SKY TO VIEW WHILE YOU SWIM AROUND. THEY HAVE GREAT HOT SHOWERS AND ALLOW SENIORS TO COME AND SWIM EACH DAY FOR ONLY A DOLLAR , WHICH HELPS ME AS I HAVE VERY LITTLE INCOME TO GET BY ON , IN A COUNTRY THAT DOESN'T SEEM TO REALIZE HOW MUCH $$ IS TAKEN FROM ITS CITIZENS EVERY TIME WE TURN AROUND ! THANKS SO MUCH , FRITZ SICK POOL !!! YOU HELP ME KEEP IN SHAPE , AT A PRICE I CAN AFFORD. .

One of the older facilities in Lethbridge but if you enjoy swimming this pool has great access for a number of different activities. My favorite is lane swimming. (They have a lift for wheelchair accessible needs too).

Overall great facility. Everyone in senior citizen portion of building was very friendly however one of the lifeguards was notably unpleasant.
