So far so good ! I just signed up for the nutrition course 8 week program and so far really good info. The 5 stars is for the massage I had yesterday, which was very relaxing and great calming music and a very comfortable table and perfect lighting.

Elissa is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! She has been taking care of my entire family, including my 2 teenage daughters for the past 5 years. She always takes her time and listens to what you have to say and then makes sure she adjusts her treatment based on what you need. We always leave feeling refreshed with the effects of the massage lasting well beyond the appointment. There's no one I would trust more with my and my family's health and well being. Her love of what she does shines through in every interaction and her smile is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day!

Ellie is by far the best ashiatsu masseuse around. I've been a client for few years now and she is 2nd to none. Her technique is impeccable not to mention she's super knowledgeable, attentive, personable and funny. If you've never experienced the benefits of an ashiatsu massage, let Ellie show you the way. On top of that her willingness to share her experience and information on overall total body health is the icing on the cake. Simply put; she's amazing.
