I think it's absolutely hilarious that they have a sign saying aggressive behavior will not be tolerated" when their employees are nothing but aggressive. Everytime I go to Canada Post I have a horrible experience; the staff is ALWAYS rude

I have a small business. NEVER pay priority service, it’s a joke, massive increase in cost and the delays are the same as expedited. Furthermore Canada Post wouldn’t issue a refund or price adjustment for service that was late. Awful, I’ll be going with FedEx next time I need something shipped for next day.

DONT GO TO THIS CANADA POST !!Every time I go to this Canada post I always have issues. Waste of time and gas money going to this location . It is a shame because it would be convenient to go to shoppers and mail at the same timeOn a Sunday when hours are already limited I got there about 1:30 pm, closes 3 pm. There is one lady helping a customer and says it will be an hour wait.? There was only one customer with a box they were shipping . Should not take one hour and I only had to mail one envelope, don’t know why she couldn’t help me first. Then I waited for 20/30 mins shopping around and when I came back to ask how much longer she said one hour even though it is closed in one hour. Total waste of time just ended up going to another Canada post

Not even providing tape and made me to buy new one there itself… Need focus in customer’s requirements….

Previous review:The Spanish lady with the dark hair at the Canada post front was giving attitude for no reason. I was a bit tired going there today. If I'm asking you a small question because I'm tired, I'm not coming there to be stared down lol. I'm there to get my package. Ask your mother how to be nice it's not that hard.Edit: Changed to five stars. The new ladies that joined this centre are really nice and welcoming. It really makes everything better.

had to drop off a return Rita the assistant manager was quick at processing it. she measured the box printed the label using the qr code and got the package ready.she was humming and singing along the radio music played in the store which was nice in my opinion she seemed happy which obvs showed in how she was treating us and other customers.pleasant experience overall

I've lived in the area for almost 20 years, and this entire time the same lady has been working this Canada Post. Around 5'3 black/grey hair

I came here today March 20th , 2023 around 8:30pm. I had to ship something very important out. The lady behind the counter for Canada post was extremely rude. She made us feel very uncomfortable. She had told me the label for the address on my box wasn’t right. Even though it was clearly right because i ship things out 4-5 times a week for work with canada post at a different location. I didn’t argue and changed it right on the spot. Then she said it needs more tape, she wouldn’t give me any. After i said ok no worries i’ll just buy a new roll for $5. she said sorry we’re closed and started putting her jacket on and put this blue sign on the counter. Honestly i don’t know how she works there. She started complaining to us saying “well i need to go home” the post store closes at 9pm it was barely 8:40 by then. She needs to go. After coming online and seeing all of these reviews and the truth behind them. She’s a big No. and you know why i’m saying big. cus broski needs to hop on a gym membership. i think that’s what it is. people shaped like a circle tend to have this insecurity. they tend to make people feel bad because they aren’t pleased on how they look. I mean look at her. she needs to do everything to get the attention off her nasty self.

Wow, what everyone says is true. I was just there to return a Bell receiver on Sep 3, 2022. Bell said they had an agreement with Canada Post such that I could just drop it off in a shoebox but I used an Amazon box instead. The young lady on duty had no customer service skills. She just rudely stated that they will not provide tape and that I would have to provide tape and tape the box myself. When I said that Bell never indicated that the box had to be sealed before giving it to Canada Post, she just bluntly stated that that's too bad, Bell is not Canada Post. I left with the box and will bring it to another location with competent customer service oriented staff.
