Behrooz is an agent who makes the entire process so much easier by being there for you at every step of the way. His suggestions and advices during the search and visits makes decision making a lot easier and (more importantly) less stressful for you. When we almost lost our hope of getting our dream home because of contacting the wrong person and bank he recommended a professional and knowledgable mortgage specialist who unblocked us and we were able to start the process. During the search and visits he did background checks and inspections on suspicious houses. His attention to details saved us twice by passing on the houses with major building structure issues. In the end? We bought our dream home with the best price we could ever ask for during the hardest time of the pandemic and the craziest market. Will certainly work with him again in the future
