Caryl Baker Visage is my Guelph go to for HD brows tint and wax, lash lifts, and facials! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Amanda has been my facial expert for years and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed! She curated a whole skincare routine personal to my needs and continues to provide excellent service. Can’t wait for my next appointment! :)

I’ve been here a couple times and my experiences just keep getting worse and worse. Last time I went there I told the lady to leave the shape of my brows and just clean them up a little. She ended up waxing off the whole middle section between each brow and took off so many inches I didn’t even recognize myself when I looked in the mirror. I was horrified, it took my brows 3 months to grow back to normal and I told myself that was the last time I can trust going there. Staff seem nice but I’m not sure how well trained they are for waxings…

I use to get my eyebrows done at another location of visage in highschool with the wonderful Hope, and once I found out she was back working a visage I knew it was a must that I booked an appointment with her. I got my eyebrows waxed and an eyelash lift, and can I just say SHE IS THE BEST! Such a wonderful job done and just makes the environment so welcoming!! Everytime, I’m in the area it’s a must to stop by!

I had my first ever HD brows done at the stone road location by Susan and I couldn’t be more pleased. I ended up going back for a lash lift and it’s the best lash lift I’ve ever got, I would highly recommend Susan.

I love going here to pamper myself! Ive gotten a ton of services done here and have been for the past 2 years. To get my eyebrows done, lashlift, and my facials! I always make sure to go to Susan bc she does everything so perfectly and does everything very efficiently! Shes also really outgoing which makes getting my services done so much more fun!

Only place I’ll go to get my eyebrows and lashes done! The Aestheticians/Face Experts are so friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing at what they do! My hair colour is nearly impossible to match with when it comes to my eyebrow tinting colour, but these magnificent ladies pull it off 100% of the time (especially Amanda)! Wonderful, comfortable, supportive atmosphere! You leave feeling beautiful every time!

It had taken years to find the perfect hands for my brows. Like most women I am picky with who works on my face. Susan was a gem from the moment I met her I felt comfortable and confident with her waxing my brows. She was well educated and professional. Gave me the perfect arch while understanding I wanted to not look surprised. By far the best hands to touch my brows in years.

the service was super nice but i was scared they’d botch the placement of my ear piercing up since it happened to me before so i took extra time to make sure it was right and in the end they still messed it up. i checked in the mirror later and they completely missed the original dot they marked and now i have wildly uneven piercings. very disappointed
