When we arrived, we were the only ones outside, but were told it was busy" and they were "closed" (even though it was before 4pm). Tried explaining to the security guard that we were here as requested at a scheduled time and he told us that wasn't his problem and shut the door. I understand miscommunications can happen (especially near the end of the work day)

Was pleasantly surprised that there was no line, and two very kind ladies ready and willing to assist any incoming traffic. A vast contast to the lines out the door and one teller open in the Vancouver Ministires buildings.

This office is so difficult to deal with. I previously lived in New Westminster and found them to be very helpful and considerate. I just need to pick up a shelter information form, and the office door is locked during office hours, people lined up outside, and no employees in sight.

Not all however, there are a few who should find other type of work than public service. Rude, condescending and oblivious. Obviously they do not know professionalism. They need more practice at pretending they enjoy working for us, the people.

The worker was very friendly, helpful I got done what I needed in a short time.Wasn't super busy when I went so I was in and out in no time.
