JEM Cleaning

I’ve used JEM for many types of cleaning services inside and outside our house. Customer service is amazing. Sandy is so easy to work with, if I had an issue they were back the same day to fix. Wonderful service, highly recommend.

Great place to work and grow. The owner is very kind and supportive; even as a new temp worker, he was very understanding when I had to take an emergency day off for my mom.

James, Sandy & Darren were all very friendly and nice to work with. Darrendid a great job on our windows. The small problem that did come up wasaddressed very promptly and courteously. Overall a very positiveexperience. We will use JEM again and will recommend them to our friendsand neighbours in the interim.

We recently used JEM for a deep cleaning. Prior to cleaning they visited our home and conducted a thorough walk through to provide an estimate. This ensured clarity of what we required and how JEM would approach things like cleaning open shelves, artwork, woodwork, etc. Notes were taken that were then used as part of the instructions to the two staff who did the cleaning. The cleaners arrived exactly on time, used materials provided by JEM, worked very hard until the job was done, and left our home sparkling clean. I will be using the monthly service going forward.

Jem window cleaning is a very good business to deal with. Sandy answered the phone promptly and was very helpful. Darren did a great job on the windows and went out of his way to deal with 3 problem windows. I will definitely use them again.

I used JEM Cleaning in September to clean the gutters and install a Gutter Guard system to prevent pine needles from clogging the gutters. It is now December and so far the system seems to be performing well. James and his crew did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail as they installed the system, and made sure that the debris on the ground was cleaned up after they had finished.James is one of those hands-on bosses who believes in making sure that the customer is satisfied with the work done. This philosophy is reflected in the type of people he hires. The whole team is very thorough and recognizes the importance of repeat business.

I've been a client of JEM for 15 years in my previous four-storey townhouse and now in my many-windowed condo. I am very satisfied with their professional services, friendly staff and effective communication.

My first mistake was not getting a written quote from the estimator. I accepted the verbal quote and was told I would be contacted to set up an appointment. That didn't happen.I waited more than week and then had to call the office myself -- twice -- to get a date and time. When the window cleaner arrived he was prepared to do about one-third of the work agreed upon in the verbal quote. That is what he had been instructed to do. The quoted price did not change. The window cleaner did, however, do a good job.
