Very satisfied with the service I received. Courteous, helpful, professional support staff. Dr. Dinh performed at a very high level; he set the tone by administering the anesthesia with no discomfort whatsoever.

The dentists are very professional and knowledgeable. They know how to make you at ease and take the time to explain your situation. Extra effort is made to show the big picture. Just so know, there are multiple dentists who practice at this location.On a side note, very clean and a decor which is.... different. And to conclude, some clean toys for toddlers in the waiting room.

J'étais impressionné par le professionnalisme de l'assistante FARAH très courtoise avec une touche d'humour sans oublier IRINA et KAHINA qui sont à l'écoute du patient ce qui est rare de nos jours l'accueil est excellent les soins sont adaptés aux besoin du patient. Bravo et bonne continuation.

Very unorganized. Lack of communication. I was quoted an amount to ask my insurance if they would cover the procedure. I go ahead and get the procedure done. To my surprise, I then was told I had a nearly $500 bill. After my insurance covered part of it. Almost $500 more than what I was quoted. I arranged a payment plan,gave them my card number, thought everything was fine. My card number did not go through their machine. They proceeded to tell me that their must be something wrong with my card. Even went so far as telling me I somehow must have went on my bank account and accidentally froze my card. I wasn't even on my account and I definitely didn't freeze anything. I let them know it might be their machine. Nope. They didn't care, they went and had a creditor harass me even though I had a legally binding agreement in place. They had my card number. It's not my fault if they refuse to fix their machine. After this, I went in and paid them in cash to make sure I received a receipt. A couple months of doing this, one of the secretaries let slip that they recently changed their machine and asked if I wanted to try again with my cardLol.

It was my first visit at the clinic and they took a good care of me. Excellent service.

Une belle équipe, j'y vais depuis plus de vingt ans. Dr. Tran m'a accompagnée avec ma peur de l'invasion buccale. Ces recommandations accueillent mes limites financières, elle fait du mieux avec mes limites, pour mes dents. J'y retrouve les mêmes employées, efficaces depuis plusieurs années, ça aussi me donne confiance. Dernièrement j'ai eu besoin de soins particuliers, par des spécialistes, j'ai été à compagnée, tous les spécialistes rencontrer sont un prolongement de leurs valeurs. Oui, je recommande ce Centre Dentaire, où on ressent de l'écoute et de l'humanité.

Mon épouse s'est présentée pour avoir des conseils et des options pour des problèmes de dentition. Elle voulait juste savoir quelles options elle avait. Elle en est sorti avec une facture de $217. La seul option qu'elle avait selon la dentiste était de se faire refaire une dentition complète. Les conseils étaient supposés être gratuits.Soyez vigilants si vous faites affaire avec ce centre.
