Russ was very thorough in the home inspection on both our existing home (pre-listing inspection) and our new home. We appreciated that he helped educate us throughout the inspection process which made us feel confident in our purchase. We would highly recommend Russ!

Russ completed our purchase home inspection. He was nothing but impressive in terms of his professionalism and attention to detail. He was extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommended him to others without hesitation!

My wife & I were first time home buyers and met with Russ Fasullo a “home inspector” through a previous unrelated business transaction. We didn’t know much about the process and needed his expertise and guidance and thought we would receive that, given his pleasant personality. So we hired Russ to do the home inspection on our first home.Long story short, we needed to sell our home a year later. One of the conditions on the sale was a home inspection, which we had just done ourselves 1 year before. No problem, right?Wrong. The buyers home inspector found numerous item which needed to be taken care of including a potentially serious leak in the spare washroom, which thankfully we do not use. Only my wife and I live in the home and we use the master bath almost exclusively.This oversight on Russ’ part cost us almost $3000 in repairs. Obviously, we are not very satisfied with the home inspection we paid over $450 for exactly one year before.Lastly, when we tried to reach out to Russ after finding out the issues needing repair, not only did he not respond or reply. He in fact blocked communications between us!We will not be using Avanti or Russ Fasullo ever again.
