TELUS Health MyCare: Victoria Clinic

Dr. Nehra is BY FAR, the best doctor I have ever been to. He is the first person who genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns, and address my symptoms seriously. Prior to my visit with him, I had been struggling with a medical concern for over a year, and received no help from multiple other physicians. It is clear that he truly cares for each patient, and their well-being. The receptionists were both lovely as well. Overall, this clinic is extremely professional, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Saw Dr. Nehra and had a great experience! Very friendly and helpful doctor and reception staff. Appointment booking wait was about three weeks, but when I got to the clinic day of I was able to walk right in when I arrived. Would recommend!

By far the best doctor experience I’ve had in Victoria or anywhere else. I waited literally one minute to see my doctor who was on time and who spent a lot of time with me to understand my history and current needs. The only reason I gave this a go was because of the horrible doctor shortage in Victoria, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Run, don't walk away from this terrible service. They cancelled my appointment AT the appointment time, after assuring me the night before they won't cancel my appointment and I can pay out of pocket. They claimed my PHN wasn't valid, which is why I would have to pay out of pocket. (it's totally a valid PHN, booked my COVID immunizations with the same number) This service is a straight up scam. Horrendous experience. Really garbage.

Dr. I saw was only willing to send me to their local clinic that charged for services to make money for this business. Great when owned by Babylon not now.

I visited with Dr. Paul Nehra yesterday. I can't say enough about the excellent attention to my issue. The women in the office were friendly and efficient. Dr. Nehra was informative, easy to converse with, and a pleasure to deal with. He made a necessary change to my meds, clearly explaining in terms I could understand, why this was necessary and the benefits I can expect. His interaction was calm and reassuring as he went through the examination, explaining each step while in a casual conversation adding short stories of his experiences to place me at ease. Outstanding experience. Thankyou.

Horrible Customer Service, first they were 10 minutes late and when they finally did call me they proceeded to tell me that I was the one who was 10 minutes late, then when their camera wasn’t working they told me they couldn’t help me and hung up, absolutely unbelievable and I wouldn’t recommend.

This is how healthcare should be, professional, organized and friendly speedy service with a compassionate human touch. The team here goes out of their way to fulfill your needs. Super helpful staff, from administration to the doctors, They really want to help you. Much improved environment compared to your typical clinic.I think Telus is on to something here.Thank You.Mario....

2 weeks trying to book an appointment, really because of a lack of standards. Emails told me to phone at such and such time, Telus people told me different times on the phone. Last week was told to phone only on Fridays between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. Phoned at 8:30 today, was told after 9:00 AM. Phoned at 9:00 AM...lady said 2 different appointments available on Feb 14th and 15th....but her computer was not refreshing....by the time it did, the appointments were gone. Very incompetent. I can't raise my right arm....can't work. Might be a stroke. Who knows? Telus should not be running a health care clinic as too disorganized. I think my life is important. They don't.
