Amazing service. Available to come very shortly after I reached out. Then after I had some issues a little later they came the next day and fixed it for free. Using them for anything I need e-bike related moving forward and going to be recommending them to anyone who asks. Also have suggested a way to improve the bike in the future that I didn't know was an option. Thanks for everything Velofix, you have some great staff!

My first time getting a mobile bike tune up and I won’t look back. My bike needed rear cog replacement and a new chain. Brett had all the parts and worked efficiently and was very straightforward. Highly recommend Velofix but book early because this service is in high demand.

What a great idea - getting Velofix to fix my bike at my house, at my convenience. The personal interaction with the Velofix technician was very pleasant. The work he did was 100% good - and there was no attempt to 'upsell'. Indeed, he showed me how to save money on repairs. My full endorsement.

I have been using Velofix for two years now and cannot say enough about how good the service has been. Both Brent and Alex are excellent mechanics who work quickly and do an outstanding job. Its so convenient as well, especially if you have multiple bikes requiring service. I strongly recommend them.

Great experience! Booked online and came right to my house, got everything done in about an hour on my MTB: Tubeless Tire, Drive Train Tune, Bled Breaks, Trued Wheel, cleaned dropper. Bike is still running like new after a few rides!
