I can't say enough about this place- the whole building of professionals actually! From Caitlin at the front desk to my physiotherapist/psychotherapist Shannon (the latter is just what she ends up being for me!), onto Robin, the naturopath who has helped me with peripause symptoms, and then there is Dr. Pho on the main level who was so great for my periodontal surgery, and then to Bodyworks and Adam who lets me snore through my massages. Worth a visit!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Eliza! She works in such a thoughtful and caring way and has helped me to make progress each appointment. Shannon is an amazing physiotherapist. She provided an extremely safe, caring environment to assess my situation and experience with chronic pain. She patiently and diligently got to the root of the issue, provided excellent advice and concrete steps that helped me move to a nearly pain-free state. GWHA is an exceptional clinic that I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mobility, pain or injuries from accidents. The front-desk, especially Sarah is so welcoming, informative and kind every time I walk into the clinic. Anytime there has been any legal or technical issues with insurance, the clinic has never hesitated to work with me and help me through the process of resolving it.My physiotherapist, Ash, has truly changed my quality of life. I came in with a lot of pain and physical injuries, limited mobility and not a lot of hope that physio could help. However, Ash, took the time to breakdown the extent of my injuries and worked with me on manageable treatment plans. One thing that really stuck with me was Ash's INCREDIBLE knowledgeability, level of care and precision while working. Any time I've asked her which muscle she's working on, she's ALWAYS been able to name it with ease, and explain where it connect, how it might be triggering my headache, and how I might go about reducing the pressure I put on that triggered point. Throughout the treatment, she constantly checks in with me to understand and adjust to my level of pain, if I feel better, if there is a problem area that I would like to focus on specifically...and I really appreciate the flexibility and holistic nature of her approach. I think it takes an incredibly strong understanding of physiotherapy and experience to be able to work like that. Her treatment plans and exercises are very logical, easy-to-follow, and personalized to my specific injuries. She is also incredibly kind, funny and friendly. She has improved my physical pain levels and quality of life significantly, and helped me realize the importance of good physiotherapy in my injury management!

GWH has been amazing. Janet, my physio, is kind and understanding, and excellent in her work. I’ve seen improvement postpartum and feel supported in my recovery. Jessica, the receptionist, is also kind, friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here after nearly a year. They also allow me to bring my baby to appointments which is really helpful. I couldn’t more highly recommend!
