Store was somewhat organized. Unfortunately some staff were short on patience and common sense. The first woman who cashed me through was very personable and did her best to create the best customer experience. I could see her effort and commitment. Some labels and products were misplaced but it didnt ruin my shopping experience one bit :)

There were so many awesome things here, I spent a small fortune but got a cart full. Great place to buy dishes, school snacks, art supplies, stationary. Oh, and I cant forget Glitter. It gets its own category. They had so much to choose from! I will definitely be coming back for more!

The people hear are usually quite helpful and friendly. Sometimes a little understaffed but still usually quite pleasant and they always try to get the lines moving as fast as they can. Sometimes you can get really good name brand items dirt cheap depends on their shipments

Just like any dollarama. However we were there probably 15-20 minutes before they closed. We were there to grab a couple items and leave within a few minutes and one of the workers decided it was appropriate to keep reminding us to hurry up. She all but followed us through the store. Sure enough we checked the time when we got to the car and it was still 5 minutes to close. I worked in retail so I understand wanting to leave once the store is closed, but the behavior demonstrated by this staff member was simply over the top rude.

The store is clean the staff is very helpful. I noticed that the staff carried out bags to a lady's car. That is above and beyond.

Just had a HORRIBLE experience here. The manager needs to learn how to treat her employees nicer. I wanted to buy nails that were clearly marked as 1.25. Noticed right after that they rang through as 4.50. The employee called for her manager to help. The manager came up to us with the attitude of what do you want" she proceeded to rudely tell her employee "just give her 25¢ from the till" The employee tried to explain that the difference between 1.25 and 4.50 is not 25¢. The manager then proceeded to walk away from us (no communication) came back with all the nails

The customer service here is always a delight and I often try to go to this dollarama when I'm looking for something. The staff is kind and the store is very neat compared to many stores I've been to in my life time

Convenient and packed full of great deals, with friendly helpful staff to go with it. Whenever I find myself in there I see something I need or haven't thought of while out getting errands. I always leave with armfuls of snacks and chocolate covered delicacies to go with whatever it was I actually stopped by to get. They pack more deals in that store for such a low price its almost mind blowing. Before you go to somewhere else, try the dollar store, you might leave surprised.
